Horrible William the guy at the front has a horrible additude and speaks very disrespectfully to the costumers I got into a argument with him and he got up as if to hit me very unprofessional and expensive place please don’t go trust me you’ll regret it

If Unilocal had an option to give no stars I would give this place NO STARS! Literally the worst nail Salon I have EVER been to. When I went to this place I went with my mom and grandma and the staff blew me away, they were so fudgin rude! The ladies that did my nails and my moms nails were legit on their phone the whole time I couldn’t I just couldn’t. I didn’t say anything until my mom got frustrated and told the lady to get off her phone and the lady had the NERVE! The nerve to try and justify her doing nails and texting at the same time lol WHYYYYY! When my mom complained that she wasn’t doing a good job the lady obviously got offended and she started talking shit about my mom to the other ladies and I went off on her. My mom was astonished at how poor her work ethic was and I got pretty upset that she was talking shit about my mom right infront of me that I snapped I yelled at that B! And I was not embarrassed at all, don’t be talking about my momma! I yelled at her and the owner and the owner looked confused and he didn’t even say anything to her (and she was arguing with me back TOO!). So after I went outside to take a breather and frustratingly slammed their door I went back inside and my mom didn’t even go for the mani (Bc it was a mani+ pedi special) which made me mad because nobody offered to take over. My mom paid the ladies what was due and gave the lady that did my grandmas nails a $ 20 tip because she was nice with my grandma and the lady that did her nails didn’t get shit cause that’s what she deserved. First and last time I ever went there. Never had a worst experience in my life. Don’t ever go there people! Work ethic was the worst I have ever seen and I’m a pretty calm person so for me to snap back at people is rare. But yeah, worst experience everrrr

Pros: This place is close to where I live. Cons: Everything else.
From the rudeness of the employees to the fact that everyone in the place was yelling when a roach appeared, I won’t be coming back.
Most importantly, the gel manicure I paid $ 25 for (plus tip) started peeling off the next day.
I’ll be finding someplace else.

Nicest place in Washington heights, did a great job in pedicure, very thorough and the place is clean and nice. Plus the prices were great! Definitely coming back again!
