I love that variety of chocolate !!! And so many RAWORGANIC healthy snacks, they are on a pricey side, but totally worth it those days when I need my hel that snack to make it through the day. Also cashiers are very nice to me ;)

Come here almost every Sunday to get a quick bite and than back to work. There is a huge selection of food. You can literally get almost anything you are craving. This place is really clean and has a great food presentation. Everything I’ve ever gotten has been really good. Never disappointed. I def recommend this place to anyone who is looking to grab something quickly. They also have a dining area upstairs for you to eat. If you are going to this place try the yu ke geng. Its amazing.

Went here on a whim. Clean and fairly large. Food was pretty good and the hot food was actually hot. I would visit again if I am in the area

— come here at least once a week for lunch — recommend: caesar salad — the staff is touch and go depending on who you interact with — reasonable pricing for the area — buffet food always seems fresh — 20 varieties of soup daily

I really enjoyed this place!!! I was in New York for three days and I either ate or carried out three times during my stay. This place was very close to our hotel, extremely clean, and the staff was especially nice and welcoming. They have a buffet which was always clean and the food was delicious! The make your own salad bar was awesome!

Great great great location! It’s open 24 hours. They have a buffet that charges by the pound with all different types of food and soups. They have a grill that’s open during peak times of the day. Your choice of a make your own salad bar, pasta, grill for breakfast(which was great btw) and lunch foods. Then it’s an actual market on top of that! I had a panini one day and the French toast the next day. It’s a humble location and the people that work there are very nice. The prices may be marked up a bit but that understandable. If you’re looking for an easy meal and are an indecisive person… this place is a gift and a curse lol. I eat here every time I come to New York!

My second time here. Both times have been meh. Everything kind of tastes the same and all of the food is mislabeled so you don’t really know what you’re getting. Went later in the day and the food was starting to get dry. Overall, quick in and out and I’m no longer hungry. I’ll probably try it again the next time in town.

The staff is really friendly and attentive. I haven’t tried to the deli, but I really like this place as somewhere to pick up a few groceries when the line at Fairway line is way too long(always) and Sunac doesn’t have the selection I need. I usually find everything I need here. You definitely pay a premium, but it’s worth it for me to have a stress free and fast grocery run!

I usually make an effort to go here. But the last few times it’s been bad. Not only once was I standing at the food counter for over 20 minutes waiting to order food from the grill with all the cooks just acting like they didn’t see me. But recently whenever I would buy watermelon it would look ok but upon eating was clearly rotten. And now today at 6:14am on 8/21.i decide to give them one last chance and go in for a breakfast sandwich where I’m then told by this Spanish man with overly big glasses(obviously a fashion statement) that he doesn’t want to make me a sandwich because he has other work to do. YEP! Can’t make this stuff up people. Sad to say I will NOT be returning ever again nor will I allow any of my friends to visit this place. As someone who works in the food industry this type of behavior is totally unacceptable.

Had a taro milk tea here. Tea was good for the powdered kind. Bubbles were gross — overly sweet and too hard). Store was clean and had a nice selection of other products.

#The pay by the pound buffet is insane. $ 8.99/lb. They have crazy stuff like #lobster tails, #king crab legs, #whole boar, #big prawns, #scallops. Not everyday they have all of these, but at least something crazy everyday. The food doesn’t always look fresh everyday, but sometimes it’s #awesome. It’s not the tastiest everyday, but just grab some free #mayonnaise packets on the way out and you are set. For a few weeks, I was eating lobster tails and steak every day for lunch. I’m pretty sure this is why I have #gout now.

This place is great! I try to wait until after the bulk of the lunch crowd dies down, so I can stand there and contemplate my food mood without hoards of people plowing through. They have so much to choose from! It is really a one stop shop if you can’t make of your mind or you want a weird combination of Chinese food, Italian food, sandwiches, soup, wild boar with olive eyeballs, salad, sushi, fruit, smoothies or beer. So far everything I’ve had has been tasty and the staff did their job quickly and efficiently.

Sorry I took a month to write this; but it was about 9:30pm, I just got out of work and I’m tired as all hell. So I get on line with a bottle of wine in one hand, two bags of potato chips on the other, and two steaming boxes of hot food placed above both hands to boot. While the cashier says; «no, no, no please rest the hot food on the counter», I proceeded to put the hot food on the scale anyway cause I wanted to help out too. Turns out both boxes of food spilled all over the floor and onto my jacket. Disappointed and embarrassed I apologized and offered to pay for the food anyway and without letting me finish the workers said it was okay and were kind enough to stop me from cleaning up my mess. They even tried to clean up the food off my jacket also as I was getting a new batch of food. This is the kind of service that you’d expect from a 4 star establishment but from a Manhattan deli. I’m sorry for the customers who gave poor reviews but it sounds like their experience was in the daytime. At night when I go, the owner, his family and the evening shift are there and they happen to be very kind and sincere people. The food also happens to be fresh, clean and delicious. They definitely made a loyal customer out of me.

I was really excited when this place opened, I thought it was going to be better, but it has proven to be just the same. They used to allow customers to taste their soups before purchase and now they refuse. They have a little basket of breads that I thought came with the soup, but they charge. That’s not anywhere on the menu nor is there a sign by the soup bar that says it’s extra. Gregory’s Coffee is right up the block is you want a good tasting cup of coffee, i.e. one that isn’t burnt or full of grinds. If you want a great, affordable cup of soup(and would like to taste what you’re paying for before you get back to the office and learn you’ve been overcharged for a salty cup of poop), I highly recommend The Soup Spot. Those guys always let you try as many soups before you commit and for $ 6 you can get a locally sourced(and washed) apple and a nice slice of bread to go with it. Forget Sun Sweet, there are places within a block or two in any direction far more deserving of my hard earned money.

I really hate to do this… but Your entire buffet tastes the same… Your workers are inconsistent and really have no clue what they are doing. Some days, my bill is more than other for the same GODDAMN sandwich!!! You really need some type of line or system at your deli/breakfast counter because it’s not fun asking the six people standing up with confused looks on their faces whether they have ordered or not. YOU have officially lost me as a customer, no matter how close and convenient you are to my job. Sunsh*t Market is more like it…

Sun Sweet is a great little market. Me, my wife, and my daughter where in town for a couple of weeks staying at the Eventi. We found this nice little market right across the street that has everything you’ll need. My daughter feel in love with their fresh baked goods. Their food is always fresh and the place is always clean. Friendly staff and fair prices.

Very typical NYC deli such as Fresh & Co, Flavors, bread and butter, ect. More on the Bread and Butter side, this space is very big, has a lot of variety, is very clean„ Zero crowded, and they have somewhat decent selection of beers. On first visit I got the chicken parm panini. It was only half of the circle, it was cold on the inside, there was hardly anything in it, and it was truly disappointing; both for the taste, and for the 8 $ price tag that laid over the small flat piece of bread. I should have known better, they suckered me in with a free sample of the eggplant parm. I will be back in search for their Pièce de résistance!
