I ordered a custom cashmere coat for my husband. His experience at the store was great and the fitting went well. Finally the coat arrived and the measurements were completely off. He couldn’t even put it on. We have been hounding them to return the money or do re measurement to get a new coat. No response via email or phone after numerous attempts. The office phone has the voicemail box full. They should rectify this issue ASAP.

Got a tux from here recently for a wedding — fits perfectly and fabric feels great. Fitting was done quickly and professionally. Not an expert on a tux but stylist Qiu walked me through what’s the standard vs. no-​nos vs. acceptable accents.
I got a bit lazy and went for my fitting 5 weeks before a wedding which was cutting it pretty close since Chinese New Year was in those 5 weeks (their factory is in China), but was kept in touch the entire period making sure it would be delivered on time. They even expedited shipping so I could have it on time with no extra charge to me.
All in all it was a smooth process with a perfectly fitting final product. Will likely buy another suit from here again.
