Nice employees here on a Sunday. Good place to stop for a morning pick me up. Nice size and the lay out has a good hangout spot feeling.

Rudest employees ever. Starbucks as a brand should be ashamed. I always order and pay for a grande but they hand over a tall. I’d say something but I’m too afraid cuz they are so mean!!!

Star bucks is star bucks ! This will be the 2nd location I go into. Between bad customer service or slow service. People Standing around and no one is helping anyone ! By the time she came to me I was ready to leave. I said ok let’s give it a shot well my drink was wrong three times and then the guy was very upset that she remade it again! I finally asking for my money back what’s going on with Starbucks soho and bleecker both are not doing so well! Too many places out there and your company is in every corner I have yet to get them to get it right!

For the second time in a row my coffee wasn’t very hot. I’m not sure if it was sitting in the pot too long or there’s a problem with the pot. Disappointing either way.

This is not a coffee shop. This is an aftercare facility for the local kids, and those kids watching other kids. Especially present between the hours of 2 – 4. Unfortunately many of these kids also think this place is a playground and insist on yelling and banging on the tables. This lasts until their parents or whomever comes and picks them up. I’m literally one of the 4 adults here and at least 15 kids.

I am a glutton for punishment! It was so cold outside today that I did not want to walk the few extra blocks to get coffee somewhere else. Today, I was informed that my Grande coffee mug, which I purchased from Starbucks, was not a Grande and that I needed to pay more for my coffee. I have had this mug for over three years and have used it at numerous Starbucks where I was told that it was a Grande. The employee got very angry with me. I will now walk through a blizzard to get to another coffee shop!

Only ever grabbed a coffee to go. Coffee always been good, but boy, I don’t think I’ve ever been in and out in less than 10 mins(said the actress to the bishop.) Slow service, good coffee.

today, I waited 10 min for my soy chai because there was only one person making drinks. when I finally drank my chai(after I had already left) I realized it was just soy milk. didn’t have a single pump of chai syrup. how do you miss that? all you do is put pumps of syrup into my cup before adding the soy milk. I paid $ 5 for a cup of soy milk. was too lazy to go back and return it so I just threw it out. the worst experience I’ve had with Starbucks in a while.

I don’t think I have ever been so upset with a Starbucks before. I went in expecting there to be a long line because of the holiday special but this place didn’t even have a line. I should have known by that point but all I thought at the time was great, I can order quickly and get my drink quickly. There was one person in front of me and three people working behind the counter but the woman working at the cash register decided to take the person’s order, finish it, and then take my order. Strike 2, but clearly I was oblivious to all these clues. I ordered a grande vanilla latte for $ 4.82. My drink came out in less than 5 minutes. I picked it up and it was… light?! Turns out the cup was filled with foam. Too much foam and not enough coffee. Did I really almost pay $ 5 for foam?! Regardless to say, I was pissed. I was debating whether I should ask them whether my cup should be this empty, knowing full well that it shouldn’t be, but decided against it because it really wasn’t worth it. On the bright side, the establishment was pretty but I definitely wouldn’t be coming back to this particular Starbucks since they can’t even get a simple drink right.

Normally both me and my wife likes Starbucks because you know what you will get. At this particular location my wife ordered two iced americano coffees. She clearly asked for a lot of ice and almost no water. The girl at the registery said no problem writing down the details. One minute later we receive two coffees which both has tones of water and almost no ice. So she kindly as the other girl who prepared our drinks to remake them because this is not what we ordered and in response she gets a lot of attitude, saying that Starbucks can’t do that, this is the only way we make them etc. After a minute of arguments from her she finally remakes the drinks as they were ordered. Hopefully the staffs behavior will improve, if not this place will not get many returning customers.

It’s 6:15 am in the morning and the music is so loud that the tables are vibrating. Not the relaxing coffee before work that I had imagined.

Staffs forgot to make my order and asked me «did you pay for the coffee?“Even though I already paid and waited for 5 minutes… So rude.

Best Starbucks in the West Village. Quick attentive, friendly service; and a very good work space.

I don’t know why anyone would patronize this corporate craphole when there are better and independent coffee shops all over this neighborhood, including Roccos just next door. This used to be Bleecker St. Records and just like it has been replaced with this corporate behemoth, so too are the rest of the neighborhood stores being replaced by corporate entities who are the only ones that can afford the astronomical rent-gouging that is taking place by landlords who double, triple, quadruple the rent driving out the smaller independent businesses which make NYC interesting. Whats left is nothing other than hundreds of CVS, Chipotle, Starbucks, and other generic corporate entities.

Consistency is one thing I can say about Starbucks. The drinks are always the same at any location I visited. This location is pretty new. Very nice layout but Bleeker Street is a new tourist trap. I can’t believe the influx of tourist that swarm to this area. Service was kind and fast! Iced Mocha Latte was on the money.

I wish places posted the correct hours on Unilocal and/or stayed open until they were supposed to…

One of the best Starbucks in NYC. This place was clean and bright unlike typical Starbucks around the city. Service was excellent and friendly.

I could care less about the burnt, caffeine-imbued coffee Starbucks churns out. But the wifi… Fastest wifi around! It’s not packed, either. You can always find seats. You can’t find plugs on their long table, but aside from that this Starbucks is legit — thanks for Google-sponsored wifi.
