God forbid they should ever make a drinkable drink. They literally have ruined every drink I’ve ever gotten there.

As good as Starbucks get. The store is always clean, employees are friendly, the line moves quickly and there is ample seating. Definitely recommend!

Starbucks + shopping = weakness I don’t think I ever step outside soho area and just go to noho. glad i did! there’s a few Starbucks located around Soho… but i much prefer this one! I wanted a snack. got a muffin and a coffee cake… and they warmed it up for me pretty fast… They also offer me free ice water just because… yes there is complementary wi-fi…its Nice to take a mini break from shopping and just chill out at a Starbucks!

This Starbucks is pretty cramped and almost impossible to get a table to do work at, so it’s really more of a grab your coffee and go type of place. If you are looking for a place to work head to the Starbucks on Astor place, which generally has more seating.

For when the Starbucks right across the street from the NYU campus is closed. I really like this location in particular because it is spacious, with huge long tables and lots of seating. Definitely a good spot to hang out or study!

Nice location to get some iced unsweetened green tea even though its a mad touristy location. I stopped by and was enamored with the space of this Starbucks very roomy and subtle. One of the nice things is they use a printed label on your drinks so the barista can make it exact which is nice. Cause I order Iced Unsweetened Green Tea no water with Matcha shaken. And Matcha has caffeine, not the bad caffeine. It has the healthy caffeine. Can you imagine that a healthy caffeine. hmmmm I have the same green tea at home cause I love the spearmint and lemongrass infused flavor really dont mind purchasing some on the go. Service was fast n friendly and the drink was on point.

Rude servers! This barista was going around the tables telling everybody without a drink on their hands, «You have to buy something, or you can’t be here». Is the first time I’ve ever seen or heard a barista tell that to someone. Is that even allowed?

I came in here to buy a simple everything bagel with cream cheese. I wait like about 10 minutes for this bagel(I know crazy) I ask the barista why my bagel was taking such a long time; the same one I ordered it from. He says sorry, and he will check into it. A good 5 minutes later, he tells me that they ran out… he waited 15 minutes to tell me that?!? The line wasn’t even that long, so it’s not like they were too busy… Then the other barista tells me if I wanted a plain bagel instead, and I replied absolutely not and I wanted a refund. I was furious! They told me in an irritated manner to go on line again to get the refund! I wait 15 minutes for a measly bagel, receive an awful attitude, and told to go back on line to wait again at the back of 4 people. They must’ve not taken me seriously as they made many drinks and failed to notice me standing there until I had to remind them. I mean a bagel does not take long to toast. What professionalism and excellent service!

Good coffee and tea just like all the other Starbucks. 1 unisex restroom. 1 of the bigger Starbucks I been to. They have a giant table that can accommodate 12. Seats about 25 – 30 in here!

Grabbed a free breakfast sandwich corporate tossed my way based on the fact that my Starbucks Rewards account has basically been dormant since it was opened. Ham & Swiss was as awful as you’d expect, and the staff could’ve been a bit more efficient and friendly, given that folks were trying to get to work and there wasn’t much of a line.

The usual as any Starbucks but location is nice. I’m not a big supporter of Starbucks as they bully other mom and pops coffee shops and use GMO products.

Either the staff are super nice or super rude! I always grab two teas in the early morning(7 ish) and once i finished my tea and through it away and was eating fruit and was about to order the second one that this male employee came to me and said have you got anything from here today? I said yes, and he kept repeating the same Question and i kept saying yes and suddenly he said do you understand what I’m saying? I said yes i got a tea and i k getting another one! The level of harrasement was so bad that a gentleman suiting next to me was angry with him! Instead of picking on a student he should pick on the homeless people longing on couches! However the female workers are very polite!

Yep I’m pretty sure my iced latte had whole milk or something else in it instead of 2% but it also tasted burnt and sour so I’m not sure what’s worse. The line was long. The baristas indifferent and while it’s the clientele’s fault that there was garbage left behind in the first place, the workers here were in NO hurry to clean the place up. Last but certainly not least both napkin dispensers were empty. How can you not have napkins out? I left 2 stars because I do like Starbucks, I just had a bad experience at this one.

Okay, so I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks in life. They will never get five stars from me because they’re overpriced pieces of corporate crapola*. That said, they do make a delicious mocha and have the best frozen coffee drinks I’ve ever had. Plus, they’re generically good so they’re popular with everyone. Yet, that said there are a million really good upscale coffee joints in the villages** for your typical iced and hot coffee drinks, so Starbucks just can’t compete on all fronts. However, this is the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. If it were all about rating Starbucks, this would get 5 stars for being wonderful, and 2 more stars for being badass. This place is rockin’ busy on Broadway and gets a ton of people in and out of the door. They recently remodeled the interior a few months ago to better flow the people and it really helped! The line was to the door, but now wraps cleverly around the middle while still allowing for bathroom traffic! The place is freakin CLEAN! The Baristas bust their collective asses. Some of the cashiers throw a little gaytude***, but I don’t care. They work hard. Also they remember me and my coworkers and what we order. I love this place and I would walk farther to go to this Starbucks over others if I was craving my grande no-whip caramel frapp. That said, they’re too busy to typically get your drink to you in the tiny fraction of time people allot. Breathe, people, if you really don’t have that much time, there’s a grocery store on the same block that lets you make your own coffee that is tasty and gets you out in the length of time it takes you to fish cash out of your wallet while juggling your gloves and Eskimo helmet. Ultimately, I feel like this location gets drinks out as fast as it possibly can and it has never, ever made a mistake on any of my coworker’s very complicated orders****. * Stage 1 of Williamsburg Disease ** Like Angelique, two blocks over. *** Honestly, if I wasn’t gay, I’d probably hate it, too. But they’re adorable! **** Sometimes they’re just embarrassing. If you need the length of a Chris Christie press conference to get out your drink order, you need to tone it down!

What kind of coffee snob(autoproclamado) reviews a Starbucks? Well, this isn’t just any Starbucks: they’ve got the Clover brewing system, which is a glorious machine that makes the best coffee in the neighborhood. I don’t know what kind of skill it takes to operate or where the money from its sale goes to(SBUX is trading at 78.8/share!) but it’s damn delicious and I wouldn’t be a coffee snob if I cared about anything else. Sadly, some of the baristas would rather be making triple soy macchiato whip hazelnut frappasomethings and have a bad attitude about going out of their way to do the Clover. Why work at a coffee shop if you hate making coffee?

This place has to have the absolute slowest service. There was a long line when I got there and only one barista and one employee on the register. I also spied a long line to the bathroom. Let’s put it this way, I was able to place my order, queue up for the restroom and I still got out of the bathroom before my order was ready. Other than the slow service, the location is typical of Starbucks, plenty of seating with only a couple of hobos who were camped out. The one stand out of this location is a ton of outlets. If you’re in a hurry, then I recommend going a few blocks in any direction and I’m sure you’ll find a better Starbucks. If you’re looking to camp out for the day and need an outlet, then it may be worth the wait.

On a Saturday afternoon this place was p-a-c-k-e-d, I guess I figured everyone was outside on a gorgeous spring day, nope they were all getting half price frapps and waiting in line for the restroom. Once we made it past the crowded tables and got into line we were greeted by employee #1 who took our orders/names and said them into a walkie-talkie to the group making the drinks a few feet away. Next up was employee #2 who was at the cash register. He asked me again what I had ordered. Isn’t this a little redundant? What is the point of telling me order twice to two different people standing only 4′ away from each other? Finally we made it to a counter full of cups– lattes, frapps, etc some with names, some without.* There were about 4 staffers behind the counter yelling our orders, arguing with each other and pushing more cups onto the counter. It was a bit hectic. We finally got our cold treats, pushed our way through the line for the restrooms to get a straw and got ourselves out of there. The drinks were delish but I don’t think I’ll be planning a return visit to this location. Especially on a weekend. *What’s with people refusing to give their name? It’s going on a coffee cup! If you don’t want to use your real name– make one up. Tell the Starbucks staffer your name is «jingle bells,» it doesn’t matter, just know that when you don’t give a name you cause a whole lot of confusion at the pick-up-your-order-here-zone.
