When they say third is the charm, they mean it! I brought some clothes here as i had a couple of events to go to. I wanted to be ready, and sharp. I requested cleaning for a particular time and date, each time. Each time, they had me come back for the stuff since they were not ready. Sigh. Yeah, third is the charm. The annoying part of it all, is that they didnt seem to care if it was inconvenient for me or not.
Once i got each set of clothes they were nicely pressed and clean, but if a service is agreed upon for a particular time, it should be ready for pick up at such time.
