Slider Kitchens

Is a different type of fast food place. I love they sliders and they customer service. It ain’t like these other fast food spot they make they food from the scratch.

I often pass this place and now I understand why there is never anyone inside. Extremely underwhelming. Positive: quick delivery time (probably bc they didn’t have any other customers).

I wanted to like this place.
I’m just going to cut to the chase:
1. The customer service was terrible. The person taking my order had an attitude.
2. There were no menus to take with me
3. I ordered 2 cheese burgers and 1 lamb burger… dry. So dry.
4. There’s more flavor in a White Castle burger.
Why did I wait 15 minutes for 3 sliders? Not going back again.
On the upside, it was clean looking.

So so so bad in customer services the one and only fry cook took a phone call while I was ordering and LEFT and then didn’t come back for over five minutes then took his sweet time to wander around and get things. Nothing even went on the grill until 10 minutes after I had ordered and then it was another 10 for everything to cook. All in all 20 minute wait for small fries and a slider. Insane.

Such a let down!
I stopped by on my lunch break. The place is really smoky and therefore your clothing immediately smells like you’ve washed your clothes with used cooking oil. FYI management, a ventilation system is a must in such burger joints
The service is awful. The cashier was inattentive. My order was incomplete and when I brought it up to the cashier, I was told I could wait a few more minutes to get my order right. Seriously?!
Items on their menu were not available on the day I ventured there.
Mind you the place was empty and yet you’re made to wait a long while for your food order.
Menu and prices are ridiculous for sliders! No variety or anything to set them apart from the other great food choices now available on Lenox Ave. and its vicinity.
This is not a place I’d recommend nor would I want to visit again.
This place strangely looks like a reincarnation of a tiny sized donut place that used to be next door and didn’t survive, SMH.
You’re better off going to McDonald’s.

Went here 2 weeks ago and man was I disappointed. They take your order quickly but the wait to receive the food it sooo long. mind you, there is no where to sit so I was standing up in one place for about 20 minutes just for 2 little sliders. They got the order wrong for the person ahead of me but I was still hopeful until I ate the slider. It wasn’t awful but it wasn’t good, I make better ones at home. The chicken was so dry, this is nothing I would buy again unless I was starving.

The Food–
Pros:
Chicken was tender, juicy, and had good breading.
Slaw was okay.
Cons:
The caramelized onions on the beef burger were way overpowering of the rest of the burger. (The onions were cooked in maple syrup or something and left no room for the beef or cheddar to shine)
The veggie burger tasted a little better than your average microwaveable veggie burger.
The Cheese… was just two blocks of cheese on top of the beef bun. Not melted.
The Service–
Pros:
They got my order right.
Cons:
The wait for three sliders was just as long as a sit down restaurant.
The employees almost looked like they were lost: as in they didn’t know what they’re doing.
They sent out two orders that were after me before getting to mine…(yeah I’m a little salty about it)
I’m going to assume that this place is fairly new (because I’m the first to review it), so I gave it an extra star for «not having it all together». But, the wait. with the quality of ²⁄₃ sliders. it was a close call. Hope this place runs better when it’s busier…
