Sleepy’s

As I walked by the store the workers (guy with greased up pony tail) on April 17^th 2016 tried to flirt with my girlfriend. After I said something they continued a small back and fourth. On my way back in front of the store they laughed. When I called to speak to a manager no one answered the whole day. Talk about horrible first impression. You walk by the store and you would think its a drug dealer hang out the way everyone is standing outside and acting.
The behavior is unbecoming of such a beautiful neighborhood and completely unprofessional for people working a salesman job. Not only would I never buy from sleepys but would warn women from walking by the store in fear of harassment.

Worst customer service ever!
I went in to this place making it clear how much I wanted to spend. First It took forever for someone to help, mean while the workers are all standing around talking to each other. Then when I finally get help the guy keeps BSing me on how he wants to help me out, but proceeds to show mattresses that were way out of my budget. I ended up settling for something $ 100 more then I expected to pay. He never goes through the bill w me and when I get home I realized he added an $ 8 pillow and shitty bed $ 20 cover.
Fast forward 3 days later my husband goes to pick up the mattress, and again poor customer service taking forever to get someone to show him to the mattress. Then come to find out that the representative failed to tell us that the frame is not included with mattress set and that it would cost an additional $ 80-​$ 100.
My husband also did not receive help to get the mattress and box spring down the stair or even a thank you for your business. How does that happen when we just dropped $ 450 for a kids mattress?
We had planned to go back and get another mattress for our room, but I am so disappointed w the service that I will never go back to this location.

Had a good shopping experience here, although some of the sleep science machine doohickey was kinda gimmicky and something of an insult to my intelligence.
Not the branch’s fault though.
