Great place. Decent prices (for NY) and have never had an issue with any dry cleaning or alterations. They are very friendly and will try to find the best solution to your needs. I had some pulls in my sweater and they fixed on the spot, no charge, I also needed a new zipper for my coat and instead of charging me to replace, they tried waxing and realigning the zipper to fix it — no charge.

They are not interested in your business: 3 weeks later, 3 visits later, they still have not fix a hole in one pair of jeans. Not really sure what is the business model here but I had to bring it somewhere else. Very poor customer service.

The alterations I have had done here were fine.
However, I recently ordered «fold and wash» laundry pickup service from them through
. They canceled twice to rearrange the time (the second time they didn’t bother to inform me, but simply didn’t show up at all.) I arranged for a third pickup, and then 1 hour later they informed me that fold and wash was not profitable for them unless I include dry cleaning as it was too far (1⁄5 of a mile.)
Please don’t advertise services which you do not wish to provide… I could have done my own laundry in the amount of time I wasted trying to deal with them.

This place is awesome. It takes me forever to find a cleaners because I swear I have bad clearer juju or something. this place eased my mind. They did alterations «PROPERLY» according to my picky directions and they used to even hold my ticket for me because I was notorious for losing it. :) They were quick, and always full of smiles as well. My kids would go in with me and they used to treat them wonderfully as well. I wish I could move this cleaning company to Los Angeles.

Whether its a stat job to get coats pressed, suits ready for presentation, cleaning and drying weird weather proof jackets, preparing my uniform for the big dogs, or just that last minute rush to the cleaners a minute before closing time to drop off clothes like sweaters and other stuff that could get messed up or shrink anywhere else, they’ll take it and get the job done! In fact, it looks like they bought me the same exact shirt but in brand new never before worn condition! After my experience with 4 – 5 other cleaners in the area, Simche is the best, most friendly and highly reliable.

Unethial and dishonest owner. Tailor does terrible work. When you complain, the owner denies that his tailor did the work.
