They moved within another store so I had trouble finding them. They have cute headbands but I couldn’t find one in the right shade of green to match my dress so I was a bit dissapointed. Most of their headbands are reasonably priced but the ones that were to my taste were too expensive for me(25 – 35 range, they were very detailed so it was understandable).

I came in here looking for a cell phone charm. This is a very small accessory store in Koreatown, with a limited and moderately-to-high-priced selection of goods. It’s your classic Korean mini-boutique store(akin to what you’d find in the entrance of Korean supermarkets). Their main inventory is cell phone covers and hair accessories. They only had a handful of cell phone charms, but I found a gold glittered skeleton one that I really liked. They have a small section of jewelry, but definitely not a lot. Their specialty seems to be sparkly hair accessories(headbands, pins, hair ties). Their stuff is slightly on the pricey side, but everything is so pretty, you can’t resist.

I did not see any jewelry when I visited today, the shop seemed to sell only hosiery. i went across the street to Earrings Plaza. Perhaps they revamped the store since the July review?

I love their cute and unique umbrellas here! They have a lot of variety. The girl working there is super nice. Also willing to open up any jewelry or umbrella for me to check the whole thing out. I really wanted this small and portable umbrella that you press a button to open with but it doesn’t close when you press it and she was very eager to find another one or any other similar ones for me. I love a place that has great customer service along with cute things! Yes the prices are a bit overpriced but hey, it doesn’t hurt to check it out and maybe get something small!

I’m in LOVE! I went here after Pinkberry. Everything is a tad pricey but it’s Manhattan. Unique, adorable, beautiful pieces. I didn’t want to spend my money but shit, I just had to. I love this place. Will definitely go back.

I absolutely love Shine 32. This is where I go when I want to buy a special hair accessory or jewelry. Think giant flower earrings, sparkly hairbows, cute charm necklaces, beautiful stone rings. The jewelry here is sometimes more like wearable art! Yes, it is expensive, but most of the things they offer are handmade and or imported. Their accessories are also very unique, and therefore kind of timeless. I’ve been shopping here for a few years and can still wear things I bought a few years ago and look up to date. The girls who work there are very sweet. I’d recommend Shine 32 to people who like handmade or offbeat jewerly and have a special occassion to shop for or don’t mind spending a little more for something that will be a conversation piece. I get constant compliments on my jewerly from here!

i love it! everything is an over abundance of cuteness! i just bought a cute pearl headband with a mini cream-colored bow($ 13) and an adorable neckerchief with tiny blue kitties all over($ 13). the price is a bit steep, but okay for a special treat or two every once and a while. i will return again when i am in a «i want to sparkle» kind of mood.

cuuuute! I’ve bought some polkadot clips, some bow clips and a sparkely bow head band here perfect for night outs dressing and I always get a million compliments. The target customer is one with cute, girly, ‘princess’ style. This place is also perfect for gift shopping for someone of the like.

I have been in here a couple times but never bought anything because of the price… If they were about .50% off of what they retail their items for, maybe I would shop here more often. Their accessories are so adorable, but I HAVE to be saving money these days. They also have some really adorable cell phone charms near the beginning of the shop~!

o boy, o boy! where do i go to look even MORE fabulous? hmm– K-town! i can get my Princess-mode ons. sparkly hair clips to Burberry knock off scrunchies. i love browsing through here ever so often. i usually end up buying something, so it’s dangerous for me to be here too long. luckily– it’s a small boutique. i likes to get my cocktail/pimp rings from here. =)

I cannot resist the sparkly so I wandered in here yesterday afternoon, pulled by magnetic force. First impression: wow great stuff. But after discovering the«H 49» formatted numbers on the items’ tickets in fact stood for dollars, my enthusiasm dissipated. Yes, like Jen D. and Connie M. stated there are wonderful things here but I have to say the prices are a bit high for what the merchandise is. Especially dealing with imitations of Chanel and Vuitton, you have to know the markup is inane. As someone with experience in jewelry-making I can tell you that the workmanship on some of the antique hair pins is truly exquisite but with the exception of buying for a very special occasion, dropping $ 50+ on some bobby pins feels a bit silly to me. And if I were to drop that on such things, I’d rather buy off Etsy or at a flea market, knowing the artisan him/herself would get the proceeds. Final verdict: great for a special gift but for everyday stuff, you get more bling for your buck at a place like Temptation on the upper west side or any Laila Rowe.

I LOVELOVELOVE this place… they sell everything that you need to satisfy your inner«gongju byung»(princess syndrome)… Come on! Every girl, even«the gijibeh» herself has a little«gongju byung»… Shine 32 is a tiny shop in K-Town that carries a wide variety of hair accessories including knock-off Chanel and Louis Vuitton clips, headbands, jeweled out barrettes and hair ties… They also carry a super great selection of handmade earrings, necklaces and bracelets. They have some cutesy rings and clips too, made more for kids. Prices are reasonable, especially for the handmade stuff. Check out the pics up top. That’s of my recent purchase. It sparkles like crazy. I love that ring…
