THIS IS MY DUDE RIGHT HERE! Ever since I started shopping at Torrid I’ve started coming to this guy’s cart. I’ve tried 2 other ones in the area and nobody is on point with the falafel and rice like this guy. His rice is flavored so nicely and even though it’s a big oily it packs a ton of flavor. The guy is also really nice and friendly and memorized me and my man’s order, down to the sauces we get on top of our food. Platters run you about 6 bucks but you get a free soda so it’s good deal if you’re trying to grab something quick during lunch.
When I have a craving for a cheap and easy halal meal I come to this guy. Don’t trust anybody else!

A completely solid and satisfying halal cart right here on Myrtle Avenue. My falafel and rice plate was a little oily per most of these carts, and the pile of white and red sauce I got on top isn’t making it any healthier, but it’s good to have some street food nearby.
