Their vegan ice cream was great! The best part about the experience is the owners. Their hospitality was the best. Great hardworking people. The food is awesome and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend.

Pizza dough fresh and newly made every day. Ice cream we got was tiramisu, pistachio, and caramel mocha banana split. Flavors were just right. Staff was really nice. They need more customers. Everyone go!

Scoops has SO much more than ice cream, but their ice cream is delicious too… and guess what? They have VEGAN ICE CREAM! I think this is the only place on Staten Island that has vegan ice cream. Chocolate, butter pecan, and much more.
They make all of their foods fresh. They bake FRESH BAGELS every day. The man that runs Scoops is super nice, so if you have a preference, he’ll make what you want for you.
They do juices, smoothies, breakfast, salads, paninis, wraps, and Mediterranean dishes. Their food is cheap. You can get a full meal for under $ 10.
It’s local, it’s yummy, it’s personable. The décor definitely isn’t top notch, but it’s definitely a nice neighborhood café, and I would recommend coming here.
Oh! And there are a bunch of vegan, vegetarian and kosher options.

Just ate at scoops and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend the avocado salad and mushroom panini. The French fries were fried to perfection and crisp. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a great dairy meal.

This is a Staten Island staple. The homemade ice cream and whipped cream is just wonderful. The old school candy shop look is also wonderful for kids. The hot fudge is an absolute must. And flavored milkshakes, like Oreo, is also a favorite!

I tried their vegetable soup and avocado panini. Everything was made fresh and was absolutely delicious. This is a kosher restaurant so be aware of some menu item limitations for non Jewish diners (no bacon). The owner was very friendly and kind enough to let me sample some ice cream. It was tasty and probably better during the summer. This restaurant goes way beyond ice cream. They make wraps, salads, bagels. pizza and more. I will be back for sure

This place is great! Only place in Staten Island that has vegan food and ice cream. The vegan ice cream is fantastic. The food is all fresh and homemade. The people there are incredibly nice and sweet.

Excellent food! They came highly recommended by the party center as a Kosher caterer for their facility. I catered my sons’ birthday parties and tried them for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised and received rave reviews from our guests. They now have a repeat customer!

Great staff, very nice and friendly, there also a café and offer food which is nice. The place is not too big but it wasn’t really busy neither when I had went. They offer lots of different flavor types of ice cream and shakes, they also have vegan, kosher and non dairy products which is cool. I had me a nice pistachio milkshake and it was so good. It was tasty and smooth and had a nice crunch from the peanuts in it. Only thing is that it cost me $ 6.00 and it wasn’t even a big cup! So that was my only down fall. But there really nice and clean in there and the other flavors look really good too.

by far the best kosher ice cream in Staten island! the service was great and it’s a lovely environment. they have so many different flavors to choose from. my GF cant have Dairy ice cream and this place has PARAVE ice Cream !! aMAZING! Thanks again!
