Jill brings over 30 years of experience applying yoga and meditation techniques to healing her own chronic pain, and is a highly skilled workshop facilitator. If you are interested in teaching yoga and meditation to communities who need it but may not have the access, such as hospital patients or at risk youth, I highly recommend taking workshops or a training program with SCA.
