I’ve been using them since September and have yet to have a negative experience. They’re friendly and offer free delivery/​pick up as well. They have yet to lose or damage my clothing.

I’ve been using their wash and fold service for nearly two years. Great customer service, they follow laundry directives (if you have preferences like I do) and the turnaround time is l pretty fast.

Fast service and most clothes come back clean. My clothes have never smelled like laundry detergent or fabric softener, so I assume they use unscented. I would recommend washing your whites yourself. I’ve been using them for almost 10 years and they always turn your whites a little gray.

I had my laundry picked up in the morning and delivered back same day. Service was wonderful. The pick up/​delivery guy was extremely nice. I would recommend calling for pick up instead of using their website.

The quality is subpar. They stained some of my clothes. Also I think they wore my clothes as I found a movie ticket in the pocket. The worst part is they wouldn’t even admit to it. Will not go back.

Zero Stars! Don’t risk leaving your laundry with these people. They lost several items out of a single load. Of course they lost the couple relatively expensive items, not the socks and underwear. Didn’t even try to find lost items. They still tried to charge me for the laundry service. Then their English skills conveniently went to zero when I asked them to pay me for the lost items.

LOVE this place! A couple of years ago, this business had different owners and was terrible. No one spoke English. At all. They had a bathroom that was perpetually out of udder. I really didn’t think i would use this place again after having a really bad experience with them, even tho it is around the corner from where I live. So, imagine my surprise when somehow I happened in there again and learned that the place had changed hands. And these new owners have really turned the place around beautifully. The bathroom was fixed. They will hang dry the clothes I want to be hung dry and they do a great job with the rest of my laundry as well. Can’t say enough great things about these guys. Hard working and genuine!

One of the best ones around the area. Some of the staff don’t speak english but everything is pretty self explanatory. Decent prices, clean sitting area, and free wifi for your wait! I am a regular here, and I dont see that changing.

I was in town for business and did not want to pay the outrages fee at my hotel to clean my workout clothes. Found this spot down the street. Large machines, decent prices, & helpful staff.
