The owner is fabulous and very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional. I appreciated that she took the time to talk through my treatment options and didn’t try to up sell me at the end. However the customer service of their front desk person was why I scored them low. She was rude and unprofessional and filled with kind like attitude. The spa makes you feel like you are at a downtown location, but the girls customer service, reminded you you were in the Heights. And the location shouldn’t matter. The rest of the staff was lovely and I would recommend it, just be prepared to be treated like some hood-​rat by the front desk girl.
But again… the owner, the service, the quality, I would recommend.

Not a good place. Just to hold your slot is $ 50.00 is very pricy if u show up or not they will still change you this amount. I will not recommend this spa to anyone that has a budget set.

Ok so I wanted to write a review after visiting a few times ! I first came to rejuve face and body spa before I had surgery for a buttock rejuvenation. I loved it since the moment I stepped foot into the spa. Now fast forward almost 5 months later and I’m still a loyal client. I visit Mari every week for my post op care and now I’m doing other treatments as well. Mari always checks in with me to make sure I’m healing well as well as how my treatments are coming along. Mari as always been understanding with me, I will forever be grateful and a loyal client. If you haven’t been here, don’t hesitate and book a visit you will not regret it. Ps. My results are AMAZING !!!

First time here, booked an appointment for an evaluation. They ask clients to come in 10 minutes earlier, got here 10 minutes early. So they book you for an hour, but u don’t really get seen for that time, evaluations are only 10 – 15 minutes long. In other words it’s ok, because you are scheduled to be here a whole hour. So it’s ok for them to be late, but will penalize a client for being late. I personally don’t think that’s right.
But otherwise, staff is very nice and the place is very clean.

Amazing experience! I drove up from Philly and will def be back. SHe managed to drain me manually 10 days POST OP. The relief was instant. She was professional, caring, knowledgeable and honest. She followed up with me more than my surgeon has lol.
CASH ONLY… my only issue. The atm down the street only dispenses a max of $ 115.

Best place for facials hands down! I’ve tried low end, high end, and everything in between. Have never been satisfied with my facials until today. These dolls know their stuff. They customize the facials based on your skin condition and what you are looking to achieve. The products used are top of the line and they take their time. If you are looking for a place to get your money’s worth, this is it. Cash only though and not cheap but very worth it. Thank you dolls!
