Reem Acra-Retail

DIsgraceful. My daughter’s wedding dress fell apart during the ceremony.
Guests were actually sewing it at the cocktail hour. Worst of all, the dress was brought back for repair. THey held on to the dress for 3 months and returned it to her untouched. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Beautiful designs, horrible support, workmanship and customer service.

Terrible service! I had an appt 2 weeks in advance to attend their trunk show. I told them specifically i wanted to try on a certain dress. I called to verify a few days before the event, but nobody returned my call. Then on the day of the trunk show they call to tell me the dress in question is not there. I ask why and where is it? and when can you get it back at the salon. They just bluntly said sorry we have no idea where it is and no idea when they can get it. I can’t believe this salon represents the Reem Acra Flagship! Horrible customer service.

I bought my wedding dress here and my heart breaks that I don’t have an excuse to wear it again. If you like gorgeous beading and embroidery then look no further than Reem Acra. The embroidery is so detailed and intricate it’s like artwork. I know, I know, it’s just a wedding dress, but still…
The service has always been super-​friendly and they will really take their time with you. I loved my consultant, Holly. The dresses are expensive, but this is a once-​in-​a-​lifetime gown, so if you can spend the money in my opinion, then by all means, do it!
And if you’re not a bride-​to-​be, they have a small but nice selection of evening gowns as well (but again, plan on spending some serious bucks). The store itself is so beautiful inside, which only adds to the experience. Oh, how I wish I could go back and do it all over again.

WOW. The day I’ve waited for finally comes! Came and went actually. I went to REEM ACRA yesterday! I have been dreaming about walking down the aisle in Reem Acra for 15yrs. Seriously.
5 stars for the designer wedding gowns. AMAZING. But, 2 stars for the selection. They only had about 40 dresses in this shop. They did not have my super favorite from the Spring 08 collection nor did they have any of the Fall 08 collection which has been out in print and online for at least a month. Many of my all time most beloved designs, (yeah, well… can I help it if I remember the designs from 01??) aren’t there, in their flagship location either. I suggest calling ahead if there is a particular dress you want to try on, so they can order for you.
Hopefully I am insane enough to buy the dre$$. Then, I will post pics: p and you will see how pretty!
