First They are very short in staff, made a appt online and I wasn’t in the list so I had to wait as a walk in, been that I was the second person online I didn’t mind. the phlebotomist has favoritism with her regular patients, I was the second person as a walk in, so the sooner we star the Better because I had to go to work, she disregard my concerns and stared calling people that we’re not even here, there were four people when I came in and only one had appt. Tell me how am still here sitting when she knows my test will take time in between, so frustrated and never coming back here, favoritism is not a way to go when your in a health field,
