The food is terrible and overpriced. I’ve tried all of it hoping for something good, the best thing they have is cups of prepackaged yogurt. The coffee is nothing particularly special. But I give it four stars for being a wonderful environment to work and socialize in. I keep coming back and eating their overpriced food because I want to support this environment.

Had a Mocha Donut over there and it was delicious!!! One of the best donuts I ever had! Very moist and not too sweet. Looking forward to try out their other flavors!

This is just for their chocolate chip cookie, which is astounding. I consider myself a CC cookie snob and this is one of the greats. Ask them to warm it up for you a bit. The lovely woman at the register wasn’t used to this request but was more than happy to accommodate me. Really worth it.

My latte was so water down and tasteless that I poured out ¾ of it. 3 stars cause they had a bathroom, spacious, friendly service and clean. Will not be returning any time soon.

I’m indifferent. Staff was nice and friendly. Extensive menu of coffee and pastries. They also sell beer. Cold brew was really watered down and didn’t have much taste. Weird thing was they had children’s toys there. In a place that sells coffee and beer, 2 drinks consumed by adults, I was expecting to see children’s toys. It really ruined the vibe of the coffee place.

Absolutely first-rate coffee, friendly baristas, kombucha on tap, a beautiful, open space with soaring ceilings & plenty of plugs, good jazz playing at the right volume and a barstool by the window to watch the sunset. Seriously, what more could you ask of a café in the City?

Came up to New York for a day looking to do some work from a café and found Pushcart on Unilocal.I was honestly surprised to see a place that was spacious and that had free wifi. After spending a few hours at this super relaxing coffee place, I can say I made a good choice. There’s a bunch of different kinds of seating, from a bar up against the windows to a communal table and two top seats toward the back. The coffee’s great, the wifi is fast, there’s a big, clean bathroom, there’re outlets around, and the music’s alright. What more can you ask for?

When Pushcart comes to shove, I’ll tell you the location of one of my favorite caffeine hookups. Are you sick of the tiny, WiFi-less, and dim New York coffee shops? Pushcart Coffee in Chelsea is your antidote. Quality cups of java and espresso drinks give you entry to cavernous rooms and tables. Fast WiFi pumps juice to your Apple laptops and tablets. Sunlight beaming through large windows prevent you from squinting and worsening your 200⁄200 vision. Use my code«r4esu» for $ 10 off a CupsApp plan!

Great spot for all the pick me ups. Good coffee in the morning, fair lunch selection and beers on tap. Plenty of seating but it does get crowded. Free wifi and a clean bathroom when you need to hang back.

I really don’t write negative reviews … I like this place, I love that I can gaze upon 9th avenue. It relaxes me, I was born on this block, BUT I despise paying tax on beer … If happy hour is $ 5 bucks … Let it be $ 5 bucks ! Not $ 5.43 or whatever … It makes me sad.

Great coffee, nice people working here and lots of space. With a nice laid back vibe it’s perfect and far better than Barstucks. Tons of power outlets and free wifi make it a great place to work remotely. They have a beer and wine bar as well.

The hot chocolate here is weird, don’t get that. The space is big and good for studying, but the service just really put me off. They didn’t call us to let us know our drinks were ready, so I ended up just walking to the counter and looking around to make sure it might not be anyone else’s.

Location: very close to highline park, I was wondering around looking for somewhere to sit. This place came up and I was like, okay time for a coffee. The line was long, and it turned out that they seemed to be very short of hand. but the girl was nice. to everyone. And it seemed to be very strange to see someone smiled at you with no other reasons and talk in a nice way. So, I am thankful for that girl and yeah, I ordered a big americano.(usually I only drank small americano) Americano is okay. But they seemed to have fewer choices of bakeries. What a shame. The good part of this place is that it has lots of, plenty seats! I guess I will end up studying here someday. 4 stars

I just recently discovered this place, and I love it. It’s really nice to see more and more coffee shops adapt to people’s modern habits– go for coffee and work on a laptop. I used to feel always a bit guilty to stay in certain coffee shops and work because you always get glances. Some of the coffee shops(especially outside NY, like in the small state I used to be in) give you glances, and it’s seriously uncomfortable. …you get the feeling you’re not a «true» customer because you don’t come for the coffee only but rather for a place to camp with your computer… well it’s life, nowadays it’s how we get work done… If these people are happy, believe they will be back and spend their money! So finally, here’s a place… INMANHATTAN with sufficient seating, where you can work and everyone else is doing the same… while having good coffee. There is no problem plugging your computer on the big communal table. There is enough space if you want to be with someone else, you guys will probably be able to seat together. The staff is a bit hipster but well, what do you except from coffee shops nowadays, at least they’re friendly(at least no bad experience for me since I have been coming here…) They prefer non-cash payment, so grab your card, or you phone for some apple paying and you’re set!(Still not getting used to that!!!)

Pushcart Coffee NY Manhattan Chelsea 3pm Friday 15th May 2015 Four Stars I love NY because you can always happen into an amazing coffee place. After walking the entire HighLine Park, we walked back down 9th and found this great coffee spot. I had a Cold Brew Ice Coffee. The coffee was pleasantly bold with a bit of acid. The ice was cold draft. The cup had their logo. All in all, a perfect cup for this warm Friday afternoon. They also accept the Cups App if you into things like that.

The quality of service has gone down. I’ve been mixing it up every morning, but you can bet your bottom dollar that I was at Pushcart at least 2 – 3 times a week. But recently I’ve been more and more hesitant because I feel as though their employees have been getting on my nerves. I ordered an Iced latte but I noticed that the hipster behind the counter had put«C» and not a «L» on the bottom of the cup. I ignored it and just let it be. The barista continued making drinks and a few minutes later, he kept yelling, «Iced Cappuccino.» «Iced Cappuccino at the counter.» «Iced Cappuccino at the counter.» «Iced Cappuccino.» «Iced Cappuccino. Last call. Iced Cappuccino.» And naturally, I went up to the counter and asked the barista if the Iced Cappuccino that he spoke fondly of, was supposed to be an Iced Latte. He then says with an attitude, «Iced Cappuccino and Iced Latte are the same», and slides the drink over to my direction. I then ask him, «You’re a barista. Are you telling me that lattes and cappuccinos are the same?» The barista ignores my comment and continues to make his drinks. The hipster, behind the register, as busy as he was with the morning rush, realizes that I was so shocked at his behavior and says, «Iced lattes and Iced cappuccinos ARE the same.» Maybe it is. Maybe it isn’t. I don’t doubt that they know what they’re talking about but can you just write«L» on the bottom of my damn cup so you don’t confuse me? And their one counter-one-register-one-barista policy makes it difficult for everyone during the morning rush. The line starts around 8:15 — 8:30 and on average, you’d have to wait 10 – 15 minutes to order and to get your coffee. And their croissants are NOT good. They’re doughy, dry, and not worth the $ 3-$ 4. And their sandwich selection varies so much day to day. It’s very rare for Puschart to stock up on sandwiches. I hope they maintain some type of consistency. And one fine morning, the Department of Health had dropped in. And the government employee asked them to throw away all their muffins that they had in the glass display by the register, because there were flies. I couldn’t stay for the whole fiasco, but the employees were being asked to cover coffee banisters correctly, to throw away muffins, to wipe down counters, so on and so forth.

Was in the area waiting for an interview and was looking for a place too grab coffee. I was going to go to dunkin donuts but luckily found this spot across the street. The place is pretty big for a coffee shop. Love the industrial look and feel, but the community table layout is a bit cumbersome Depending where you sit. I ordered a regular coffee. It was delicious. Super smooth and nice temperature. The staff was sufficient. The condiment bar area is a bit confusing… Good that they recycle, but where is the trash can? Also, I thought the milk canister looked a little grimy(dry milk on the lip).I ended wiping the lip with a wet napkin before using. Spotted up at a table in the back. There is a unisex single bathroom in back as well. It was clean and spacious. I didn’t see any outlets to power up… But that is prob a good thing. Lot of young professionals or students were here on laptops.

Some of the best coffee in New York. Great ambiance. Amazing pourovers love it. Real baristas here, very nice staff always. And it’s big. What I love about this place is they also have be beer, now that is a coffee bar. Also the sandwiches are very good, good pastries.
