I love that they have fresh options for sandwiches, salads, soup and even the juice is good. That said I did not love the Maine lobster salad or the avocado, lime and kale pot. The kale was terrible. Stick with the regular salads like the southwestern and tasty wraps like the nori which I believe is veggie friendly. The quinoa pot is also pretty solid and affordable for days when I just want a small breakfast. Pret can get pricey fast (they charge extra for dressing!) so its not the best food option if you are on a budget.

I love food in Pret. It is my favorite lunch spot. Food deserves 5 starts!
But skip this location! I don’t like customer service here. Some employees are rude! Never saw a smile or even thank you! I stayed to eat here I had few items and was not provided with a tray, had to carry it all! Tables are dirty. Will not come back here.

Breakfast is good I go there Atleast 3 times a week before class and usually get fruit and a muffin. I have lately come across a barista who is nothing but nasty and her nasty attitude turns my good mood into a bad mood in the morning. She’s been nasty with another worker which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and this morning was once again not friendly one bit. Rolling her eyes and cursing under her breath.

Ok ok ok, I must admit that I am a coffee snob (but never in a bad way, I just know coffee very well) and I come to Pret because I can’t afford the nasty expensive coffee at Starbucks and could never dare to drink burnt coffee at Dunkin.
Yes Pret has:
1. Way better coffee than Starbucks and Dunkin.
2. The staff– always friendly to me, always!
3. The prices are saving my wallets life!
4. They offer so much! different roasts, food and non coffee drinks.
5. Everything is always fresh! Its amazing!
I always have encounters with a tall man with blonde hair and blue eyes, I really need to get better with names! But he’s always very kind and then a man with black hair, a beard and brown eyes, he’s also very nice to me.
I did have one bad day here, I got a muffin that was toooooo sweet and an earl grey that tasted very burnt. I forgive! BUT I come here almost everyday and I’ll be coming back because it’s a great place! Thank you pret!

Solid coffee, but really I’m writing this review because the staff is unbelievably awesome here. Always laughing and smiling at 7 AM, keeping the line moving, and replacing finished coffee quickly. But mostly, I always walk out of this store with a smile on my face because of how sweet the staff is. Thanks guys!

I frequent here often because I work close by, and it’s a good option for a simple lunch. The staff here is always very friendly.
Pret has VERY limited options for vegetarians, especially for cold sandwiches. They typically have 1 or 2: cheddar & tomato or an egg salad-​situation (which I’m not a big fan of).They used to have a falafel cold wrap that I LOVED, but I guess it’s been discontinued? It was the bomb. They now have a hot falafel wrap that’s okay, but not as good.
Consistency is much more of an issue here for me. Earlier this week I got the «Sweet Potato & Curry Cauliflower Quiona Rice Pot» — didn’t realize it was a «rice pot» because it was more like a hearty soup with a curried broth and it was amazing! So much so that I went back today to get it again. I don’t know what happened in the last 3 days, but it was not the same at all. Barely any cauliflower or sweet potato, no curried broth, and just way too much quinoa — in short a huge disappointment for $ 9.

What’s up with the tops for the iced coffee? You can’t get the straw through them! Fruit cup had peaches which was a nice surprise, but I can’t get over the top not allowing my straw in. It literally has one job, and it doesn’t do it.

The nicest customer service here. Tara the manager in particular. I was here last week and enjoyed a croissant with mozzarella tomatoes and basil. The next time I went there they didn’t have any pre made. I asked the manager about that and she said if you want to wait 5 minutes we will make one up for you. I was happy with waiting and don’t even think 5 minutes had passed when the manager noticed me still waiting and expedited the order and comp’ed the order and apologized that my wait had been so long. Very excellent service and they now have a loyal customer… I will be back

I alway come here whenever I feel like a salad. Avocado chicken is delicious. They also have a great selection of soups to go along with the salad as well. I know that there are many locations, but this one’s definitely closer to where I work so I like the proximity.

Great place for lunch time meal at work. Pretty standard lunch food but I think nicer, healthier, and better quality. Its also a pretty convenient place to work. Only complaint is the lack of wifi and perhaps there aren’t that many food options. Overall, I like the ambience and recommend this place. It’s good for convenient healthy food.

The people here are always friendly. As they are in most prets. I forgot my wallet the other day and the lady at cash was so nice, she gave me the salad. Food is consistent here too.

Blech, I stopped in around 3pm and one of their coffees was out, so I tried the dark roast. It was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there all day. There was someone panhandling in the store so I left. Not a great experience.

Dropped in for a pick me up. The carrot/​ginger juice was good. The rosemary chips was delicious! The restroom ran out of toilet paper. Haha. Mellow atmosphere and the staff was pleasant.

sometimes i stop in to get lattes in the morning and they’re always good. their orange juice is great as well, tastes very fresh and may be your next best option from squeezing OJ yourself. their sandwiches are fresh and tasty, not to mention healthier than most other spots. service is nice and friendly, quick too. i’m a big fan!

I’ve worked on the research, consulting and marketing side of the restaurant world my entire career, and thus have heard of the infamous Pret. As such, I knew I had to make a stop while in NYC… and I was pleased I did!
They offer fresh, ready to go/​eat foods, in a clean, current atmosphere. I had their Egg & Bacon Brioche and it was honestly delicious, as was their coffee and high quality, freshly squeezed juice brand options (I chose apple).
We enjoyed Pret so much, we visited the next morning for a quick bite-it’s a very convenient, fresh option for any commuter or traveler. Hopefully they make their way to Dallas sometime soon, though I’m doubtful they have the right market here, you never know!

Good sandwiches and salads, if you don’t mind over-​paying. My favorite is the shrimp and cilantro wrap but at $ 8 for a tiny sandwich that’s more appetizer size… I don’t really eat here that often. Seating is ample and there are always enough cashiers during the lunchtime rush that you shouldn’t be waiting long to pay and get out if that’s your thing.

I stop by to Pret every morning. They make the best coffee and croissants. All guys are very nice and polite. Usually i always in a rush in the morning so i can not wait for a long time. Here you never have to wait. I strongly recommend this place to everybody.

I’m only giving this place an extra star because at the end of the day they donate their left overs to the local shelters. With ethics like this, their business model deserves to be successful.
The reason why i’m harping on this place is because they really have awful sandwiches. I’ve been here more than once — to give it another shot. And each time I suddenly almost felt like a lab rat — because even though I know it’s bad, why do I keep coming back. Well i guess due to it’s cleanness, ethics, proximity to the Path train, being open pretty late, and my hunger pangs.
But in my humble opinion I think they may need to make their sandwiches fresh again mid day or made to order in the evening. It’s mostly bad because, the bread gets hard as hell, and the stuff in the middle ain’t so delicious looking at closing time ether. It’s pretty pricey for some hard bread sandwiches too, next time i’ll stick to subway.
