Used this car service for trips to, and from the airport… They are quite professional, and are always on time.

premium is the worst. i live nearby, so in a pinch will use them — ever so reluctantly. they are late, unknowledgable, refuse to go short distances, and — in their affiliated green cabs (how does that work??? green taxi with premium logo AND über logo???) their meters often «don’t work». in my mind they deserve to be boycotted until they shape up their service!

If I could give this location no stars, I would. I took a cab that was a part of this campany, and when I said the address to where I was going, he seemed confused. Then, I explained to him where it was and he complained that it was far… When we got to the location and I paid, I said thank you and he ignored me and looked at me wrong through the mirror. He, then, stated that he would not say «You’re welcome» for $ 10. When he saw that I was trying to take a picture of his ID behind the driver’s seat (so that I could report him), he sped off with my arm in the car and the door open. The car door hit me and he did not even stop to check if I was okay; he flew through a stop sign. When I called to report him to the base, they said, «Call 911 and hung up.»

Awful. They called me a liar when their driver was at the wrong address. Rude and disrespectful.
