Horrible– Do not store a coat or have your coat cleaned by these thieves. They charges me for cleaning on a brand new coat that I was storing with them and more insulting is that the coat had not been cleaned. There were tissues in the pockets and a salt stain on the inside of the coat. When I brought it to their attention they were apologetic, but never made the credit to my account for the cleaning. When I followed up they said that no one was authorized to make a credit. I have called numerous times. I bought three furs from them over a 2 year period. There designs are lovely but DONT store with them.
