I have used Pino’s wonderful services since 1976. After leaving NYC in 1987, I have made a point of getting my haircut from Pino whenever I traveled to New York on business. We became good friends over the years sharing family and other stories. He has done wonderful projects for his home town in Italy, including raising money for their fire truck.
He does a great job, always friendly and a pleasure to spend the 30 minutes joking around. Couldn’t recommend him more!

These reviewers have it right. Pino is old school in the best sense. As you sit having your hair cut you’ll hear a patter of jokes, with the punch lines occasionally in Italian and listen to Sinatra singing «Come Fly With Me.» Nothing fancy, nothing phony. A fine haircut, at a very very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Great for corp cuts. Don’t come here for the latest in hair fashion. Pino is old school; really old school. Promptness is appreciated and lateness is turned away. Its Pino’s place and he makes the rules.
Once you make an appointment, you’ll need to pass though the security desk at 99 Park Ave. The folks at the desk will guide you to Pino’s unassuming haircutting abode. Do not fret if in the unlikely event there’s someone sitting in «The Chair» during your allocated time slot. There’s the latest issues of Playboy to keep you preoccupied and titillated. Remember what I said, old school.

Pino’s great. I’ve been going to him for about a year now and I’m never disappointed. Super relaxing atmosphere and also a very nice guy. Highly recommended for anyone who lives or works in midtown.

Pino is the best barber in this city! Always accommodating, always friendly, always playing some Sinatra or Italian music… I was here every month while I worked in the building. I introduced my friends and coworkers and they became regulars as well, such is the pleasant atmosphere and excellent service provided to all who patronize Pino’s.
Highly recommended. Prices comparable to midtown barbers/​salons.
