I went to Physical Therapy of Harlem last week to get my knee checked out and had a great experience. I was about 5 minutes late to my appointment, but they were able to see me right away despite my lateness. Probably one of the benefits of being the last appointment of the day.
My PT, Jeff Chow, was really good at explaining what he was doing and was very thorough with his examination.
I also like how there were private examination rooms available, I have done PT for my ankle before and I was in a room with several other people at that facility.
