Amazing pizza. Thin crispy crust, amazing sauce and flavor. One of the best Abrupt staff A lot of tourist, run off from Serendipity across the street I assume.

I had a great experience in here! Loved the thin crust pizza and my waitress was great. The service was really quick and the food was well seasoned! And lets not talk about the rolls! they were amazing fresh and warm! I totally recommend it for a quick, good meal!

As a regular at Patsy’s, I am hurt to give this location such a horrible review. The servers/waitresses were extremely ill-mannered and unprofessional. When being seated, we requested another table, as the table we were directed to was still being cleaned. The waitress proceeded to let out an extremely audible(and extremely discourteous) sigh! Although this was extremely rude, we ignored this and waited to be served. The wait was exceptionally long on a slow afternoon, however, we overlooked this & were ecstatic when our food finally arrived! We were not happy with the service & therefore chose to leave only a $ 2 «tip». Upon leaving, we were chased by our server demanding his tip! This is unacceptable, and not to mention ILLEGAL! Unfortunately, due to this behavior, I have no desire to return to this establishment.

Been dining here for years(10+) — food quality has gone down hill, portion sizes have decreased, and the service has become atrocious(servers have an attitude and do not attend to their customers — the management appears to tolerate this behavior). This is such a shame as this has been a go to restaurant for our family.

We came in a and ordered just pizza. It was very good and would come back but not the best I have ever had. Cool atmosphere and prompt good service.

I came here on a Tuesday night with a friend and enjoyed our experience. The service wasn’t spectacular but the food was absolutely delicious. We had an arugula and salami pizza and an arugula endive salad. It was plenty of food for 2 so the portions are generous. The restaurant is huge, there’s plenty of space and a bar by the entrance. They were all out of prosciutto, which was disappointing but everything that we had was delicious. Prices are moderate. I will be back.

We came in to grab a bite and we were met by a polite waitress. We got our food pretty fast and the bread was so dry that you had to drench it in olive oil, but the pizza and the salad were decent not maybe the best I would say a 5⁄10. This wasn’t the main issue, the biggest problem we had was the service from this East European waitress who never asked about the food and she even took my beer away before I was done… She gave us the bill that was $ 41,5 and with not knowing about the minimum tip standards we gave her $ 2 tip since the service was horrible. After this she came up to us and wanted to lecture us on the tipping minimum and standards of NY. Quote — you are supposed to tip 15−25% here in New York… We told her that the service sucked and that she was being impolite to our standards. If we don’t like the service, why should we give a high tip or a minimum of 15%?

Great pizza. Never refilled my wife’s drink. Asked for a refill«iced tea BTW» before we left. The tea was brought and so was my bill with charge for«2» iced teas. I asked if he meant to charge for the second one and he said yes. I told him my wife will not be drinking the iced tea and asked him to please remove from the tab.

A good place for lunch or dinner. The food is honest fare and the service is good. The insalate Siciliana is very good. The veal Marsala with linguini was average. The prices are very reasonable.

After shopping at Bloomingdales, went to eat at this pizzeria. Definitely the best pizza around midtown area. Make sure you order the large pie because it is only 2 $ more than small. The server and staff is friendly and good for a fast 40min dinner. They also have sandwiches for lunch

We stopped here after leaving the tram for a ride and great view. We wanted pizza before arriving back at the hotel. We pulled up the Unilocal reviews and decided to give this place a try since we were walking right pass the place. They had a bar area and lots of tables for dining in. We decided to take our pizza to go so we walked in. Headed straight to the hostess to place our order. It actually did not take long to receive our order. We sat down waited about 20 to 25 minutes and our pizza was ready. We got a large size pizza. With halfway toppings of sausage and pepperoni, the other side had only pepperoni per request of my son. When he opened the box and saw our pizza side he going say he should have ordered sausage too. Yes you should have but it’s too late now. So stick to your side son. We all enjoyed the pizza very much. It was so fresh. Omg the pepperoni tasted soooo good and the sausage was crumbled up and good with every bite! The cheese and basal and sauce was just enough and very tasteful. If ever in this area l would definitely return and probably dine in or place my order to go. I do think it was a bit on the pricey side for a large pizza with only one and a half of toppings but for this area maybe that’s a norm. I’m not sure because I am a tourist. Nevertheless the pizza did deliver !

They accept American Express. You cannot buy individual slices, only small or large pizzas. A small is $ 13 + tax for a regular pie. No coke, but they have pepsi!

The only good thing about this place was that we got a private space to have our group of 15. The air condition was not working so we had to prop the door open because it was so hot. The food, as always, medicore. The mushroom pizza was flavorless. We ordered pasta that was over cooked. Salad that was really salty. Grilled octopus that was rubbery.

Patsy’s is a simple, classic, pizza pub with modern wood finishes — a casual and unpretentious restaurant. Walked in, and the people who entered behind us were seated first, and they didn’t have reservations. We enjoyed the opportunity to walk up the wooden staircase to the second floor. The high ceilings, windows into the streetside trees, and historic elegance of the room made us feel at home. Other people who were seated after us on the second floor also had their orders taken first. Our menus were down, closed, and flipped over — the universal sign to wait staff that we were ready to order. My companion and I shared a small pizza. Not awesome by any standard. The service was non-existent to the extent that our water glasses and beverage glasses both went dry, and our meal ended, before we saw our waitress again. Disappointed overall.

There are several Patsy’s in the city but this review is for the one on the upper east side, across the street from Bloomingdales. This is not a walk in and have a slice type of pizza joint, neither is it an old-school traditional Italian restaurant. I been eating here for the past 8 years but I always order the same thing from the menu. The reason I come back here is for their cannoli. Hands down the best cannoli in Manhattan. The cannoli cream is fresh, so when they serve it, it is still pouring out of the shell.

I am a loyal patron at Patsy’s with the one in the Unin Sq area being my favorite. This particular location, on the other hand, is a huge let down. No bread offered and when we asked, they said no bread. I don’t see bread in other tables so I guess it wasn’t just us but how can a sit down Italian restaurant not offer bread. No glasses, our water was served in paper cups. I felt we are in a boy/girl birthday party. No calamari either. Apparently it is supposed to be good but I’ll never know, I guess. No prochiutto. Not sure how that can happen on a Saturday night but that was what we were told. We were given the wrong pasta and our server didn’t apologize nor gave us complimentary bread we asked for. She was basically trying to make us eat our wrong order. After we finished everything, including the remake pasta, our pizza finally arrived cold. A sign it has been sitting out a while. For a restaurant located right across from Bloomies, I am not sure what they are trying to accomplish. We spent $ 20pp so this is not exactly super cheap. I’ll never come back to this one location. I just hope that’s not the new standard for all the Patsy’s in NYC.
