I love coming to this store more for creative inspiration than for actual purchases, unless it’s on clearance. The store is never too crowded and the customer service is good.

Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I still love giving and receiving quality analog greeting cards. This store has a good selection for all occasions, many in the $ 4-$ 6 range, but if you feel like spending $ 8 on a greeting card, you can certainly do so here. They also have a small selection of last minute gift items. Service is super attentive.

Staff was super friendly when I came to get some bridal shower invitations and ask questions. Good selection, as all Papyrus stores have, and displays were neat and organized. All of the stores are basically the same, so it really is the service that differentiates them all. Very helpful folks!

I love their cards, this location of papyrus is less crowded than its counterparts in midtown, but the staff is more friendly. The selection is pretty good, but as other reviewers mentioned, the cards are definitely geared toward women(although I think you’ll find that in any card shop) and a little on the pricey side.

Really cute cards, but ridiculously overpriced. Its about 5 dollars for ONE card. They’re also cards that you would give to girls… not guys. Came by here when I visited my high school to pick up a card for my boyfriend but everything was waaaay to feminine. The guy also follows you around like a hawk. Seriously who would steal a freaking card? Been to better papyrus stores. Pros — Cute cards, very original. Gift wraps also look nice. Cons — Limited audience, pretty pricey, service is mediocre at best.

I bought a package of 8 money-holder season’s greetings cards here and they cost $ 14.95 plus tax. Imagine how I felt when I saw those exact same cards at Blacker & Kooby, Madison Ave. and 87−88th St. for $ 5.00 and change, making the total $ 5.98 with the tax. I went back to Papyrus and complained, but what could the clerk do? Nothing. He verified the price as $ 14.95 and I told him it was a colossal gyp. Unfortunately, I’d tossed the receipt(who keeps those things?) so I had to accept that I paid $ 10 more. I won’t go there again. Neither should you.

The sales staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly despite it being near close. The cards are great and equally expensive, but that should be a surprise to anyone that’s shopped at a Papyrus before.
