Where do I start with this Lounge. PROS: Good Music Spacious Cliff is right across the street Lol Cons: Friday Night out with 5 of my girls including myself, bought bottles & hookah when we got inside just to stand up all night in front of a tiny round metal table. Kinda ridiculous honestly. Mind you I’d figured if you buy bottles you would be able to sit in the couches, but boy was I wrong. We stood there for about 2 ½ hours and we ended up leaving. Would I come back? Maybe, maybe not!

LISTENTOTHESEREVIEWSANDDONTCOMEHERE. Don’t waste your time. Came with a group of friends for one of my girls birthday & I don’t know where to start with what’s wrong with this place. So we had reservations at the little VIP section or whatever you call it cause the booth fits like 3 people. Anyways we were gonna do the package deal, we made it in a little after 1 cause we still had to make the line & pay the entrance fee even tho we had reservations, but whatever. So after we made the line and finally got in after coat check and everything got seated we were told the package deal is no longer valid cause it’s past 1, when it said no where on the flyers or nothing about package deals are not longer available after a certain time. Regardless we ordered two bottles to start and wanted a third bottle. We first ordered a Jack Daniels they apparently ran out of that then ordered a Hennessy and apparently they ran out of that as well. It was ridiculous, cause I see them serving the bottles to other tables. So some how they finally magically found a bottle of Hennessy and it was like 2:45 am so with such little time to enjoy it. I was given no juice or my Coke that I asked for 6 times to go with it. The bottle service girls were rude and just seem like they didn’t wanna work or serve you. My friend had to pay and bribe with an extra 10 bucks to this Mexican dude who cleans the tables to bring us it which was pointless cause I didn’t get it until like 3:45 and it was like time to leave. Coat check to leave was worst cause they have this tiny box and a whole club screaming and shoving to get their stuff, unorganized as hell. This place is just plain trash don’t come here save yourself the money and time.

Disclaimer: i party a lot. Like a lot. Was scoping this place out a long with a group of friends for my boys bday the week after. We intend on dropping serious cash for his bday and we wanted to lockdown our destination for his bday. —— Ha. Lucky i did not give it one star. Worst service I have ever recieved. Unless you dropping stacks nobody on staff pays attention to you. To top it off? I went to the bar to buy water around 3am and the bartender tried to jip me on my cash when i handed him a $ 20, he insisted i handed up a $ 10. Simple juice mixers for the bottles arent included. Service isint included either unless you a promoter, security guard, or VIP. Two sections, regular cocktail tables and then the VIP. Both of which require bottle service. If you do neither you get a nice corner of real estate near the emergency exit. Honestly. Hookah here probably could of been done better if I did it blindfolded. Group of 4, hookah only lasted 30minutes before I had to ask 3 seperate attendants to service it. After which they wanted me to pay half price for a new head. LOL! We ordered a third bottle during the night and i had to tell the bottle girl twice because she forgot. Asked for the manager, he was probably nonexistent like me and the canceled rsvp i had for my boys bday party.

This place was terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to ANYBODY, not even an enemy. False advertisement, we were suppose to have a lounge area, as stated when getting the VIP. Their idea of a lounge area is a couch/table that can sit 2. Bottle girls were rude, as if bringing a bottle(aka doing your job) is such a task for someone spending so much money in this crap place. Just very unorganized. Valet sucks too btw.

Where to start. Our group reserved a bottled service table for about 10 people. They said our group will get a discount for the entrance fee and valet but still charged some people full price, when we confronted them about it they acknowledged it but still refused to give back the money saying it’s not a big deal. Couldn’t really dance to the music and most of people were just standing around. The valet parking was terrible, had me running around to three different parking lots to find my car and most valets were not helpful. Only good thing was that the girls were skimpy so I’ll give it 2 stars. But overall not worth it.

I was already reluctant to come here based on the reviews but my friend chose this for her Birthday, so I had to make the birthday girl happy. Service: We walked in at 11:30 and they tried to charge my friend’s boyfriend $ 20 even though there was no one there. Before you go in they have security guards looking at your bag and patting your down. Makes you wonder why does this place have more security than the airport. The bartender was nice, but just take in mind that there is a $ 30 minimum to open a tab. Ambience: As soon as we got in, the place was literally empty. We went to the bathroom which was filled with their waitresses/dancers getting dressed and putting on their makeup. Shouldn’t they have a dressing room? It was so weird not having space to even wash your hands because their makeup and leotards were all over the sink. The place is huge and would seem good for dancing, if there was actually anyone there. The vibe is somewhat tacky. The dancers/waitresses were just sitting on the couches looking bored on their phones. By 12:30AM there was only a few people in there. We had enough and decided to go to another place. I heard Alex Sensation was going to be there the next day which is maybe why there was no one there; who knows, I will never return there to find out!

Let me begin, I didn’t even get in. I got here at 12:15 am, and they said it’s free before 1 am. Right now it’s 30 degrees, so they held up the line until 1:15, to then have all of us waiting for and hour to pay 30 $ each. This truly leaves me a sour taste in my mouth and it reminds me why I don’t usually party at clubs and lounges uptown. It’s all about money constantly. Every aspect of a club uptown it’s to take your money, but even offering great customer service. The door, the coat check, the drinks, the hookah, everything is always abusing.

Place it’s not as good as I expected, too small and it’s over crowded. Too much dembow and tigueraje. I came from NJ to see what was all the hype about this place, the décor is nice but overall I think this place it’s over rated. Anyways the bottle girls looks like video vixens or high end escorts. Too many pretenders here.

I went here for my friends birthday bash. The birthday girl had spoke to the manager days before and told him where she wanted to sit at. When we went to look for my friends table, the bottle girls had my friend somewhere else. A table with NOCOUCHES. And guess what? My friend sat where she wanted to sit and told the bottle girl to get the manager. Took the manager about 30 minutes to come to us but we settled everything. My friend got the table with couches. But other than that, music was good. Crowd was good. Place is kinda small, so if you aren’t buying bottles you might be in a tight place at the bar while everyone is walking thru to the bathroom.

I live in Washington Heights/Inwood area and I love 90% of the nightlife spots in this area, but Opus Lounge killed it for me and my friends. We celebrated a birthday party and b4 the date of the event, management had promised the bday girl a corner section(VIP). When we arrive it was not available, which sucked because now we were cramped up with the party next to us. The place is nice with the décor and high ceilings but the MUSICSUCKED. Were from latin culture and we love our Spanish music like Bachata, merengue and salsa, if this is what you like then STAYAWAY! The bouncer stated that if we wanted such music we should had gone to «Aguilita» in the Bronx. I think he was right. Never again will I step foot in this place. The place is so narrow that you’re constantly being Harrahs by security to move out of the way.
