Made a reservation and paid for the tickets online. Got there 10 minutes ahead of time and was told they didn’t care if I had a reservation, I wasn’t getting on the bus/​boat. Found out we weren’t the only ones waiting almost 2 hours.
Once we got on things were OK. Tour guide or first mate or whatever she was, Bön, was pretty good. She knew a lot. The ocean ride was good. I recommend this ride but don’t waste time making a reservation.
