They wrote back to me once via email after I complained on their site. My appointment was supposed to be for 10am (requested 2 weeks prior to my appointment date and no one confirms) and the night before, they finally write back telling me 5pm instead. They have not contacted me via email, phone or otherwise besides from the ONE time so I’m really not sure what they’re talking about when they said they’re reaching out to me many times (I even searched my emails).
And to the owner of the shop: it does not «offend» me when you forward calls. It offends me when Yulissa lied and said someone is always in the office and tries to make it sound like I’m bs’ing about calling many, many times when in your response, you clearly stated that person is on vacation. Actually, her nasty attitude is what really offended me.
Oh and by the way, thanks for ruining my wedding gift to my husband-​to-​be.
