Noir’s is the absolute best halal good cart in Queens if not NYC. Noir is clean, friendly, his food is fresh and flavorful. My favorite is brown rice over chicken in a pita with lots of hot sauce and a dash of white. I’ve eaten from Noir’s food cart for the past 8yrs, and he surpasses even the late night halal guys on 6th and 48th in Manhattan. You won’t be disappointed.

Long time customer of this Jackson Heights-​Elmhurst cart, nothing but amazing service and the quality is amazing whenever I order from them. They have an option of yellow and brown rice, which is different from most places and they add French fries and falafels to your platters which is a bonus. Overall, taste is amazing and better than the overrated carts in Jackson Heights. I’m glad these guys haven’t relocated elsewhere, they’re friendly and truly s neighborhood staple.

So I really liked the food but the problem is that there isnt a lot of it. i ordered chicken over rice and i felt like i got half the tray. order the brown rice here! its actually yellow and soft. i usually like my halal with no sauce because there is already a lot of flavor on it. the chicken was seasoned right. i just wish for $ 5 i got a bit bigger portion.
