I ordered a computer based on the description in the online offer on 4÷10÷15. On 4/​17, I received delivery of a different computer that did not meet the specifications of the one that I ordered. I have been in contact with their customer service since that time, and have been repeatedly told that it has been «escalated to their shipping partner» for resolution.
Specifically, I ordered an Asus T100 laptop with 500GB hard drive in the docking keyboard. I received an Asus T100 with standard keyboard docking station. I have asked them to provide the correct docking station that was ordered and have not been offered any assurance that they are even considering this. I ordered and paid for a product with higher specifications and was shipped an inferior product. The company seems unwilling to resolve their deceptive advertising. Bait & switch!

Please do not waste your money on this company as they are an internet scam! the product in most cases are not genuine and if you send them back they claim non receipt so they don’t give you refunds. No phone number and no company run out of Chinatown NY. SCAM city

Don’t ever shop here. I’m not even sure if they are actually a real store or just some sort of front. Whatever they are they are very unprofessional at whatever it is they do. I have ordered twice from here, with both orders left unfulfilled after taking my money. At least one time they did return it after a bunch of emails back and forth. So that was good. Still waiting on the second refund.

I would prefer not to give them any stars. This company has so much wrong with it. Worse customer service ever. Fake items. Run ads take your money and if you happen to get the item it’s crap or fake. Buyer be ware they are unethical and should be shut down. They won’t do anything for you to resolve a issue. Beware before you purchase from them. Terrible

Terrible! Order at your own risk. I ordered headphones on November 30, 2014 as a Christmas gift. After two weeks the had no shipped. I started inquiring about when these would reach me. I repeatedly got very canned, scripted answers. They would not give me a specific date they would ship. I finally asked to speak with a supervisor on December 19, 2014. He told me he guaranteed that they would arrive on or before Christmas. On the morning of December 22, 2014 I woke to an email stating my order had been cancelled and my paypal account had be credited. Very dishonest, misleading business. I will never order from this company again.

Horrible company. Order something and it never came. They said it was out of stock, but my friend that ordered after me got her item. Plus I wasn’t informed of the cancelation until 3 weeks later when it was too late to get the item at a discount some where else.

I ordered a cat condo from this company and when it arrived it way smaller than they advertised. When I tried to find out about returning it I was told a shipping label would be sent to my email. I never received the label and upon calling them they told me that they cannot send another label and to take to the post office and it would only be $ 7.97 to send back. Upon going to the post office I found out it would be $ 34 to send it back and I only spent $ 40 on it. When I called back I always got someone who did not speak clear English. The person I spoke with said his name was Joven and that the definately would not send me another shipping label or help out with the return shipping. Terrible company and I wuold never, ever, ever deal with them again!!! I am writing to BBB and attorney general. They are very shady!!!

nomorerack, means just that NO MORE RACK, the consumer has had enough. ½ of my order never came, had to fight for my money and only my bank was able to get it back. These scam artists are selling counterfeit items, using bait and switch tactics, fail to honor warranties and some consumers have even complained about credit fraud on their cards. i am having a terrible time with this company. the first item i purchased came to me broken. not only did
require me to prove, with pictures, that it was broken, but after i escalated to a manager, was grudgingly given credit with no more explanation or pictures required. so i used that credit last july to buy some christmas presents. unfortunately one item was a ride on tractor for my son. the first problem was that the hubcaps did not fit, but we worked through that because
said that they could not help us as it was outside the return period. so then my son rides it on christmas day, for under an hour, and the motor burns out completely. i have been fighting with
for over a month to try to get some kind of credit. their line of «customer satisfaction is our main goal» is a bunch of crap. they have fought me every step of the way, continuing to tell me that i am outside of the return period. no shit! it was a CHRISTMAS present, you dummies! they don’t get it, continue to fall back on the manufacturer and are so far refusing to help me. i will NEVER, EVER, EVER do business with them again, and if you are reading this, be damn sure that what you buy you are going to keep, even if it comes to you broken!
