Definitely the coolest shop I’ve been in. With the product placement, you are drawn to the most one of a kind designs that Nixon offers. The five stars exudes from the team. The service was personalized to make you feel you want to walk out with 3 – 4 Nixon products in hand. I brought in my Nixon Capulet to see if I could change the battery because there is absolutely no watch store I’ve found that wanted to risk opening my product. Although they could not replace the battery, the team was quick to being efficient and offer to get my item shipped for repair. Great service! Great team! Cannot wait to get my Capulet back up and running!

Very very good selection. They carry all styles of Nixon watches and they even do customs, which are extremely quick actually. The 51 – 30 takes longer
This shop captures what people most like about Nixon– they’re exclusivity. Nixon is constantly doing new collaborations and limited editions, and this shop has both.

Went in today to get the battery changed in my Nixon watch because the thing is a total beast and will not open. Tried online video, but it seems like one needs a special tool to open the case, which I’m totally not going to waste my money on. So I figured… hey, go right to the source, right? Took a trip in to Soho only to discover that they don’t «do repairs» at this location. What? Sales guy seemed nice enough. So my review isn’t about him. This is a problem with the company or the owner of this store and an active decision that they have made to not help their customers. Seriously, if you’re selling watches and putting them in impossible cases to open, you should be changing batteries on site. Because that’s not a repair, it’s basic maintenance. Whatever… their watches are rad but this type of service is busted.
