I’m giving Nicole Miller 2 stars. The positives are that I love the clothing and have been a repeat customer. Unfortunately, the company operates in an outdated manner. I purchased a dress online and made sure that the return policy said I could bring the dress to the store and the store would assist me by mailing the package back. When I walked into the store, the sales woman said that they don’t follow that policy because they aren’t a corporate store and are privately owned. How would any customer know this? Apparently, the only stores that accept returns are the LA or NY store. That alone is confusing because there are multiple stores in NY when I look online. Now I am mailing the return back and am only able to get store credit that can only be used online(since I don’t live in LA or NY). I found a dress that I loved in the boutique but the store doesn’t take the«corporate store credit». They have the dress that I want online but in only 1 size that won’t work for me. Disappointing all around. I am trying to give this company my business but I guess this $ 400 store credit has no value to me right now, even when I’m trying to buy a $ 750 dress. Doubt I will purchase anything from here in the future for fear that online purchases won’t fit and then I have a very complicated process to end up with a store credit that has virtually no value.

Do not even consider buying a Nicole Miller product! This is a company that does not stand behind defective merchandise, and their customer service persons are the rudest I have ever encountered. I bought a Nicole Miller dress online it is totally defective. The zipper runs way off to the left making the side seams totally off center and the dress unwearable. I wore it to a party and the defective zipper and seams were noticed by many. When I called Nicole Miller, they said send it back. However, when I sent it back, they said it is not defective(which it totally is… I was only asking for a replacement) and they could only send it back to me. When I called, a very rude customer service agent, Josh, giggled at me, talked over me and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. This is unbelievable for a company that sells expensive clothing to repeat customers. I am writing the corporate office as well as filing a claim against the company. Unbelievable.
