New Fresh Cleaners

Cloths were laundered clean when they opened last year. Now cloths are returned in worse condition than originally sent. Nothing Is clean and cloths don’t smell washed. Towels feel wet and rough to the touch. Whites are never bleached.

I brought a few items here to have some stains removed. The stains were very old and I was doubtful I would be able to get them lifted. New fresh cleaners lifted all the stains and my clothes look great. Awesome work.

I have no complaints… I’ve gotten things dry cleaned here and they were always able to lift the stains… no problem. The prices are probably affordable… better than the other places I’ve been in the neighborhood.

I took four pairs of pants here and all four shrunk considerably to the point where I will have to buy four new pairs of pants if I gain a few pounds.
I’ve never had these pants shrink before at any other dry cleaner, so it’s definitely something in their chemicals.
I am giving them two stars (rather than one) as I would only reserve one star for losing my clothes or being very rude or unprofessional. Regardless, they did cause irreversible damage to four pairs of pants in my work wardrobe and I therefore cannot recommend their services.

This is my first time writing the Unilocal review. This is so far the worst dry cleaning I’ve ever had.
First, I sent one two tops and one pants. Then, my pants came back with a stain (which wasn’t even there in the first place to begin with). I decided to give them a second chance — I brought the pants that they stained and another pants for dry cleaning (the one they stained was of course free of charge). I got both pants back (Between, they were supposed to deliver both pants to me on 10/​6, but they delivered them to me on ¹⁰⁄₁₃ — a week after the date they promised).
The first pants were still stained and for the second pants, they placed some fabric on top of the original fabric. Did they burn my pants and place a fabric to hide it? I’m going to go to the dry cleaner and ask for a refund plus pay for my pants. And, whether they refund me or not, I’m not going to use them ever again. Also, I bought $ 50 deal on Unilocal and I’m totally fine with not using all of may credits because this place is horrible (it is that bad).

Quick turnaround, cheap prices (Compared to others in the area), and clothes come back fresh! Will be returning! =)

This is the first time I’ve written a Unilocal review and the reason why I’m writing this is because of the horrible experience I’ve had with this dry cleaner. I had taken my boyfriend’s shirt and pants with stains right away to get them cleaned so they wouldn’t stay. The guy at the counter obviously did not give any attention to them as I pointed them out to him. And of course, when I came two days later to pick them up, the stains were still there, uncleared. I can understand that some stains are hard to get off, but their nonchalant attitude did not go well through me and they had made no attempts to amend the situation. They did not take any responsibility for it whatsoever and even proceeded to say that they can never know if stains will be removed. Plus, they still charged us full price for the «cleaning» they did not do. I’m led to believe that I have a better chance of winning the lottery than ever getting stains off of at this place.
After much back and forth, they finally took in our clothes to try for a second time and only after we had requested, they did it free of charge which is something they should have offered to do the first time around instead of charging us full price.
We went to pick up the clothes again and was in a rush so we didn’t check the clothes right then at the place and they did not mention anything at all. After we got home, we had noticed they were still there. We went back again to tell them that the stains were still there. They then put the blame on us for not checking the clothes before we left. I’m left there to think why as a dry cleaner you wouldn’t even check my clothes beforehand for me? I put them in your care and you didn’t even go on to notify us when the stain was still there! Any responsive business would have a better attitude when treating their customers. I have absolutely no respect for the employees working there because they clearly have none for me.
The reason why they have a five-​star rating is beyond me.

I have been using their services for a while now and it’s fantastic. Their dry cleaning and tailoring services with great prices are highly recommended. They even managed to get red wine stains out off my pants that I already gave up on. Keep up the good work!

This is my to go to dry cleaners and I love it.
After going from dry cleaner to dry cleaner not happy with results, my friend personally recommended me this one.
Ran by a family, this is a genuine and high quality business. Every time I have been on the phone with them, requesting dry cleaning pick up and delivery, they have the most wonderful attitude and always accommodates my requests.
The quality is amazing. Stains that I thought could not be removed — all gone. Mending and hemming — perfect.

I came in with argan oil stains on 4 of my favorite shirts. I brought them into New Fresh on a Friday and they apologized that it would take till Monday to get it done. I’ve been to other dry cleaners in the city that would make you pay extra for that speed. The prices were fair and the guys working the counter are friendly. Best dry cleaners in the area.

All of my peacoat buttons are holding on for dear life and have been for weeks now. Terrified of the day they’ll fall into the ground grate to join all the other buttons.
Today, one fell off in my hand to my shoddy «I can do this myself» sew job!
In fear of losing more and making it look worse with my skills, er lack thereof, I took my coat here and asked that all the buttons be reinforced.
Guy didn’t even blink and 15-​min later my buttons are counting their blessings.
I’ll be back for other services forrrrr sure!

Friendly and very competitive. $ 2 a shirt is cheap and with that you get a great service that you will always go back to. I haven’t tried out any other service but if you are after shirts, this is the place to go to
