I had a great experience with this group. I had been looking for several weeks for the right apartment, working with several different realtors. When an apartment I was excited about was not available, this agency was the first to alert me of a new very similar one that had just come on the market but was not yet searchable. I looked at it the next day, and put in an application that evening. The next morning the application had been reviewed and approved. I had a busy work schedule the next several days so the realtor came to my work in the upper east side to sign the papers with me. They even gave me the option to move in a few days early if possible.
Overall, it was a great experience — smooth, quick, and painless. I found them a very trustworthy, agreeable and competent group, and would definitely recommend them or use them again.

Be aware of it!!!
This japanese broker never works.
Even though i finished my paper work,
He didn’t contact me for 8 days.
I believe that he didn’t work at all
and just took the application fee.
So another broker took the apt and brought tenant.
However this japanese broker lied to me
that landlord wants to keep it for his fam.
He also said he has a manager to discuss abt broker fee
But Natural Habitat Realty is running by him.
There is no other manager or brokers.
Hahaha even thougb there is no one,
He needs to confirm everything by his manaher who doesn’t exist.
Do not involve with this guy.
