Great customer service– the girls who work here are super helpful without being pushy. I am the type of person that needs help picking out colors that will work on me, and shopping here couldn’t have been easier! I don’t think I can go back to purchasing NARS at Sephora!

Although in poor taste, many of you have been denied to be given my information when asking boutique employees of my whereabouts. I am extremely proud to report that I no longer represent NARS, am still following my brow-​shaping passion and have started my own brand!

Great Customer Service! As you all probably know I am quite the make-​up maven and one of my pet peeves is poor customer service — especially when it comes to cosmetics.
NARS products are hit or miss for me. Some products are fantastic, some don’t work for me at all. Products aside, the person who helped me (I believe her name is Sarah) was lovely. She made great recommendations without too much push (another pet peeve of mine). She did a great job applying the make-​up and was super friendly.
I would definitely come back.

Recently visited this boutique looking for a lipstick that was sold out everywhere! Brynn went above and beyond to help me locate it, and answered all of my questions when i arrived to pick up my item! The new head makeup artist (forget his name :() was also very nice and helpful! Excellent store and excellent customer service!
