HORRIBLE! I returned the «auto ship» shipment, and they claim they never received it. I REFUSED it, and it was returned to sender immediately in the same packaging they shipped it in! But they say they never received it. And I am out $ 50 because of it. Their customer service people are horrible as well — they wouldn’t even respond to me if I didn’t stay on top of them!!! This has been going on for TWO MONTHS!!! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK — THEN I NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. RIP OFF!!!

It’s a terrible company!!! I ordered a trial version for $ 49 and in a month, they sent the same bottle for $ 150. Worst of all, the products gave me acnes and I tried to return it by calling their customer service line and no response.
Finally I called the order hotline and someone immediate came to help.
If you need any help, call the order hotline and not the customer service line.

I spent $ 100 for this product with the suggestion of the beauty consultant!
first of all smells like dead fish i said that’s ok if works i can take the smell
after using for 10 days got little pimples around my eyes (allergy), talk to consultant she said i have to use another product preferably perricone! i got another product for $ 130 use it along with this product, got worst … around my eyes look worst than before have dark scar around my eyes, i have to wear make up to cover it.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Can’t say enough about how enjoyable and effective my Perricone facials have been. Many thanks to Sue Ann for a great facial will not go anywhere else now. Love the entire Perricone product line and facial experience. Thanks to Georgia as well for being so accommodating and a product guru! Looking forward to next months visit.

I recently visited Dr Perricone’s Flagship store in April 2011 located on Madison Avenue in NYC and had an amazing facial. The staff was so warm and welcoming, the spa so clean and bright. I left with a glowing complexion (cleaner pores than ever before!) and was so relaxed. I will definitely be returning. I’ve been to many spas and the Perricone Flagship is one of the best! Highly recommend.

On a recent trip from San Francisco to New York, I had the opportunity to have a facial treatment with Sueane at the NV Perricone spa. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew it was going to be a great experience. The space was clean and inviting, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and of course we all know Perricone products have a reputation for being some of the best out there.
The facial itself was great. Sueane has a fantastic touch, her extractions were completely painless, and the technology she used during the facial made a noticeable difference right away. Plus, she was super sweet and great to talk to! I would highly reccomend their treatments to anyone who wants results from their skincare, as well as a relaxing experience, and the best skin care advice and home care products.

I got a facial here recently and I can’t believe I was in Manhattan! It was quiet, serene, beautiful and my skin was really moisturized. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it for sure!

Wow! This place is fabuous! They really know about skin so if you are a skin junkie like me, I’d go there if you are in New York. I’ve known about Perricone for a while but I didn’t realize they had a store with facials. I had the electro current facial which is for lifting. I’m shocked because I wasn’t convinced I’d really see a difference but I really did. I also bought the Cold Plasma which I’ve seen a lot in the magazines and gave it to my mom. So far she loves it. I’m going to have to go back and get one for me.
I’ll definitely go back and plan a window shopping day with the girls because it’s on a great location on Madison Ave. and a few great cafes nearby.

Ask Sueane Mun to give you a facial if you want to take 10 years off. Great service and wonderful, relaxing technique. Really well informed aesthetician.
