My Bleu Ocean and — especially — Rod Harrison know their STUFF!
I hired MBO to consult with me on EVERYTHING with my first fitness facility. From the branding, the layout and even the hiring/​managing of group fitness instructors and the scheduling of classes. I am confident that without My Bleu Ocean’s comprehensive expertise of the fitness industry, I would not have been able to go from 0 members to over 1,000 in my first 12 months of operation!
As my business grows, I continue to consult with My Bleu Ocean with the purchasing of new equipment and researching the demographics of other neighborhoods that I hope to expand to.

I hired My Bleu Ocean for a number of services. From design work to acting as my management company, My Bleu Ocean was there for me every step of the way. Keeping up with the latest trends is crucial in the fitness industry and My Bleu Ocean helped develop/​design a sleek gym model that I still receive compliments to this day! The layout was done fast and efficient.
My Bleu Ocean also trained my management and staff. The training was thorough and professional. The training proved to be effective as we noticed an increase in sales immediately! Not only did our membership count rise, but our membership retention percentage rose as well. My Bleu Ocean also made sure that the facility was as clean as possible at all times. They trained my cleaning staff and showed them simple yet effective ways to make sure my gym was up to their very high standard. Great set of intelligent and experienced staff which knows the ins and outs of the gym business. My company used My Bleu Ocean to take an existing 30 year old health club and revamp it and modernize it as competition moved into the area which lead to a decrease in memberships. John, Rodney, Dan and Jay all sat with me and my managers and brainstormed a way to restructure and recreate my existing business.
After 3 months of construction and hard work; They helped convince owners to rename the facility, re-​brand the entire facility and most of all revamp the entire space. I’m talking everything; from new bathroom layouts, new main lobby, new software to track and sign up members, new classes and even helped me create a spin studio which is now my biggest asset to the facility.
