Mediocre service and ok food. Didn’t enjoy the $ 7 lemon rice(a joke.) It’s the UWS, I suggest finding another overpriced spot with good food and service.

The food is good here. The vegetarian options are great, with the Chana Masala and the Palak Paneer being my favorites. Service is below average. The real problem with this place is the price.

Horrible service waited 20 minutes and nobody came to serve us. No one even greeted us. Never again.

Ugh! I should have checked Unilocal before I ordered. I ordered through Seamless and they had 4 stars so I was lazy — boo! Ordered Rajasthani Hara Maas and it was okay — chicken seemed good quality and spice level was fine, but more expensive than other places in the ‘hood. Naan was small and tough, and there must be a basmati rice shortage, because the rice container they send is teeny. I never understand why all the condiments are sent along? It is a waste of those little plastic cups without papadam. Save the money on extraneous condiments and give me light, delicious naan and more rice, please!

Overpriced… you feel ripped off. A 10 oz ginger ale is $ 3.00. We made the mistake of ordering a refill. two of us, $ 12.00 for two ginger ales each. Portions are small, food is way way overpriced for the portion size and not good. At all. Skip this place. It’s NYC, there are THOUSANDS of other options. They serve a lamp curry for $ 18.95 and then ask if you want rice with it… which is another $ 4.95. Worse, I feel like they are laughing at your ignorance of how much you are paying when they go to the back. Skip it skip it skip it. Why didn’t I Unilocal this before I went in?

The food is terrific, some of the best I have ever had. I am taking off one star for how expensive this restaurant is. Beer is outrageously expensive as well. Will I come back? May be.

Food was decent. Messed up order. Service horrendous! Drinks marginal. Overcharged us and took forever to give us a corrected bill.

Very bland Indian Food. Not worth the dinner prices. Rice was clumped as opposed to sticky. Worse lamb curry ever. Great service. Good wine portions.

We ordered online. We received electronic confirmation of said order. Then this place lost our order, but then lied to us 3 separate times about it when we called to see why our food never arrived. Each time, they put us on hold to «check with the delivery guy» and then told us the food was out for delivery and would be there in 5 – 10 minutes. Finally, after 1 hour 40 minutes, when confronted yet again, they admitted that they didn’t even have an order from us and they had just«assumed» that the delivery guy had our stuff. We were ordering for our out-of-town relatives, so this left them with a great impression. I’ve lived here my whole life, and I’ve never seen this. It’s one thing to mess up an order but to lie repeatedly about losing an order? Unbelievable.

Indian cafeteria food. Don’t go unless you want gas for a week. No thought put into this food for mainly hungry tourists who wander off the park. If you want good Indian, go elsewhere and save your lower intestine.
