Michelle was an absolute joy! She gave me great prices and was very kind during my operation. I loved talking to a woman there I think her name was Karen Adams she was sweet also.

Worst customer experience ever! I was virtually lied to about the consultation fee being waived and lured into the office, where they pulled a classic «bait and switch.» I ended up paying $ 150, which was a waste of time because this surgeon’s before and afters look like total hack jobs. Not to mention, the office itself looks like a «scratch and sniff» dive bar – nasty rugs, papers everywhere, and a smug, repugnant front desk representative who treated me in the most disgusting manner. I’ve had better service at a fast food drive thru. Don’t waste your time or money at this hell hole.

Dr. Z is nice. Her staff are also very nice. I had a minor procedure and had a very difficult time getting a proper receipt for my insurance company, the fee and my address were both wrong and had to be corrected. I would try someone else next time.

Absolutely fantastic. Such a skilled surgeon. Dr. Zweifler really cares about her patients and does not try to sell any procedures. Great bedside manner, great office, etc. Highly recommended.
