Dr. Phillip Messenger might be fine for a ingrown toenail, but not by any means for surgery.
He over shortened my first metatarsil to the point where I could not put my foot flat on the floor to walk properly and used screws in this bunion surgery that 3 subsequent drs said were approx 30−40% too long for my foot.
So that meant extreme pain, bedrest and inabilty to work for the better part of a 6 month period before I had the job re-​done by a proper doctor.
I’m just saying.
