well its Mcdonalds right? but this is a decent mcdonalds that is not around the craziness of 34th street area. if you go to the Javits center and want a cheap decent meal you can come and check this mcdonalds out. the bathrooms are a little eh like a bathroom at a rest stop on the highway lol. also go here if you are getting on bolt bus or mega bus and not spend a shit load on food carts possibly.

When reviewing mega food chains, my review is more about the staff, service and atmosphere then it is about the homogenous over processed bland food. Stopped in here at 6:30am on a weekday and the place was mad busy. Took a while to order and then took a while to get my food. My two Egg McMuffins were on point though…

Simply disgusting. That’s all I have to say. Bathrooms are gross and homeless people sleep upstairs. Didn’t even want to use the rest room non the less eat their nasty food.

Worst McDonald’s setup every worse than the one in Times Square there quick to take your order and your money but takes forever to get your food everyone is huddled in a small section to try to listen for there number and it’s right next to the stairs to go up and next to the soda machine

I go here almost everyday to get breakfast or coffee/ice tea during the day. No matter time of the day the cashiers are very arrogant and disrespectful. They’re very young and don’t seem to care about customer service. They think they’re always right and not the customer. I’ve been charged more than what’s on the menu and everytime I tell them it’s wrong they gave me a tone. I’ve been really patient as I just want my order and leave.

This is one of the cleaner and more efficient McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Orders print receipts with a call number. Service is relatively prompt and courteous. Seems like many tourists, domestic and international, come thru here.

Been to this McDonald’s many times and last night I finally had it with their policy of closing the upstairs of this restaurant at 11pm. When I walked in the place was packed with workers from a nearby construction site and people waiting to catch buses at a stop that was also nearby. When I asked the security guard, who was standing at the stairs to stop people from going upstairs, why couldn’t they let people use the upper level he said it just policy. With an attitude I might add. It made no sense and although the construction workers were paying customers the people waiting for their buses weren’t eating anything they were just there taking up all the tables. Frustrating! They had the space but refused to let anyone use it!

English isn’t a second language here. It’s almost nonexistent. Ordered a plain sausage biscuit for breakfast one morning(at least I attempted to), a while back. First, I was handed a biscuit with an egg. That’s not what I ordered. Next, I was given a plain biscuit in a bag. When I began to stomp and steam because I was famished, bewildered by stupidity and running behind schedule, everyone working behind the counter gave me upside down expressions. In the end, I was given scowls and frowns, so I walked out. On another occasion, this McDonald’s was out of ketchup. Not one single packet of ketchup in the building. Who does the inventory here? New management is desperately needed.

Got McDonald’s breakfast and they told me to have a good night…;( I was alittle hunger and I had to use the restroom… this was a block away from javat center… I got the Sausage burrito and hashed browns… Burritos are easier to eat on the run… I’ve always liked their hashed browns and apple pies… for some reason these are the only two items I like… other then that everything taste like crap… If I have plenty of time to eat and clean up… I would of order the egg and cheese sausage mcmuffins with ketchup… The restroom Is located all the way on the second floor… since I had all my luggages with me it was difficult to go up and down the stairs… I had to drag everything to the restroom… The bathrooms was tight and felt really cramped in the stalls… There’s two stalls… Two floors of indoor seatings… very busy in the morning! Since i was in a rush i got a bottled water from the nearest corner store… even thought its McDonalds charging me almost three dollars for a bottle of water is crazy! I think not!

I’ve been here many times. Today I ordered the Southwest salad with crispy chicken after being in line for 10 minutes a bit before 2PM. The order took less than ten minutes to complete.

This is the closest restaurant to Boltbus stop for DC so it’s very convenient for early weekend morning coffee/breakfast when nothing else is open.

I dont usually write reviews about fast food joints… But found a little cockroach in my soda cup. Ordered a couple of stuff for me and a few friends to go. Filled the cup and put the top on them. When we got back to my friends home, I opened the top to check that my friend got me sprite and saw the cockroach floating at the top. All I have to say is gross and never going back to thos mcdonald

They have a very big sign that says«if your order takes longer than 20 secs when on this screen as the manager for a big sandwich gift card». I ordered a large coffee an a plain biscuit, my order was on the screen for over a minute and a half, so naturally I asked for the card. The manager didn’t investigate, apologize, say thank you, or anything. She frowned, went to the office, and said to be «here». What great leadership and customer service –_–

This is not a great McDonald. Supposedly, it is the only free-standing McDonalds in Manhattan. It has a drive-through and parking lot. Good luck finding a parking lot though, as they will likely be occupied by cabbies on break. It really seemed to be more of a cabbie meeting place than a parking lot. I think I saw two cars parked that were not cabs. Food was as you would expect at McDonalds. The interior was slightly below par. Service was slightly below par. We ordered breakfast sandwiches on biscuits and the put the order in with bagels. The total was off, so we quickly caught it and it was corrected. It was«okay», but I would not come back. I would rather wait 15 minutes to find better food and a nicer overall experience.

Happy 4th Everyone! Visited 4th of July prior to the firework show on the Hudson. Place was busy and warm indoors. A bit chaotic, but it’s to be expected. So just be patient and make it part of your experience… In other words, go with the flow… Make use of the facilities(bathrooms) before you head on out ’cause there are NO restrooms near the gated areas leading to the Hudson River. Happy 4th!

McD, if you got here you know what you were looking for… The food is ok, really inexpensive, no gourmet food but it’s good value for your money. The staff here is pretty nice and the place has been recently renovated so it looks good and«new»

Feeling like a lazy ass and got a hankering for a big mac? Sure you can call for delivery from some McDonalds, but you can hop into a taxi and go into the drive thru for that suburban experience. It’s pretty standard food as usual. It’s also 24 hrs. Prices are higher here than other locations in the US.

On a recent trip to the Jacob Javitz Center for New York Comic Con I had to grab some food for a friend and McDonald’s was pretty much the closest and fastest choice. This McDonalds has been renovated recently(it’s been here forever) and looks very nice. With Comic Con going on, the restaurant was JAM packed the day I went. It is to the compliment of the staff however that they got through the service as quickly and efficiently as they did. The food was hot and the orange juice I ordered cold. I didn’t eat it(it was for a friend remember) but let’s be real, an Egg McMuffin is an Egg McMuffin and my friend didn’t complain so I’m sure the food was fine.
