I just had a 300 pound table delivered from this company and their delivery service did not have tools in their truck to get the table out of the wooden freight and they refused to bring the table inside. I had to schedule a new moving service to saw the wooden crate open and bring the table inside. I would never order from this company again.

I purchased 8 Saarinen-style Executive chairs with metal legs — the chairs look very pretty but the quality is very disappointing — after a short time, as we sat down there were NAILS poking through the seat material into our behinds on all 8 chairs. I went in person to their showroom twice to resolve this and Rick acknowledged he knew exactly what was wrong and promised he would replace them within 2 weeks. That was September 2015. I’ve been waiting 7 months, they still have not been replaced. Unfortunately, I am disappointed Maxwell Blake does not have good customer service.

this place is closed. completely. closed. nothing. nada. avoid the wasted trip. walked over today, no listing/office whatsoever despite an open phone system where you can leave messages, etc.
