Me and my girlfriend came here just to get dinner as we had spent the day in Central Park. The waitress’s and waiters we really friendly and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was really cosy. We only ordered mains, my girlfriend getting the chicken with fries and myself getting a burger. Both our meals were amazing. The chicken was super soft and cooked In a lovely white wine and mushroom sauce. The burger came perfectly cooked with some lovely fries. All round good quick and reasonably priced meal

Quaint and upscale French bistro with charming interior and staff. The menu has classic items including a delicious steak tartar, large salads, and croque monsieur. They also have a selection of fresh juices made in house which can be enjoyed in their sunny outdoor seating area. Wonderfully curated wine list includes quaffable wines from the best French producers. Owner Philippe and his wife Flavia always make me feel at home when I come visit. Always a good time!

Disgusted by this place. My husband was there tonight and the bartender blatantly hit on him and was even touching him inappropriately, making both of us extremely uncomfortable, even after he made it clear he was uninterested! Trashy, inappropriate staff. That is so unacceptable.

Every time we have ordered from this place for lunch at work, they are at a minimum of 2 hrs late. We don’t use them often because of this very reason, but every once in a while we say, «let’s try it and see» because the food is actually good. Today is the last day we say it. Not worth it. We placed the order to arrive at 12pm, it’s 1:55pm right now and nowhere in sight. We called and they said they could redo the order because the messenger isn’t answering them, but that they are very busy and it could be another 1hr. Um… did you hear me?! We haven’t received our food, you owe us, and you aren’t going to push our order to the front of the line?! BYE!

Do NOT go here. Their food was 2 hours late. Andrea is friendly and works fast, but they need to hire more waitresses. Their food is also overpriced. My dad ordered the chicken breast and it was as thin as subways meat for $ 28. My pasta was absolutely tasteless. Avoid this place.

What can I say? Took my wife and mom there for Mother’s Day brunch today. The food was good. Drinks were way overpriced and not good. I mean $ 15 for a cocktail, you would expect it to taste great. They are smart. They give you a small glass loaded with ice. Three sips and it’s done. Come on, $ 12 for a bottled beer and it’s not even craft beer. The service was rushed even though the restaurant was not fully packed at the time we were there although we did not have to wait long for the food. And last but not least, the bathroom. Let’s say it was dirtier than a public restroom. Clean up guys, cleanliness means everything to patrons. If cleaning the restrooms was not on your list of things to do for a business, add it now.

As you enter the restaurant, you’ll see that it has a nice ambience and it is intimate. They also have an outside seating which is very nice to this warm weather. The food is amazing. The portions are enough and will fill you up(I had the leftovers to go). The service is decent but not impeccable. The server who served the table beside us told the customers about the specials while we didn’t even hear our server said that. Consistency is the key.

Real French Deal here! The staff is nice, accommodating, the wine list is amazing, the burger was exactly like I wanted(medium rare and no tomato), fries were hot and crispy. And finally the French girl(Marine) at the bar was very nice and made us awesome Bloody Mary ! Highly recommend Match65!

After a walk in Central Park my husband and I came across Match 65 and I am really happy we found this cute place, even though the place was busy we were seated quickly. Food was amazing!!! My husband had steak with french fries that was cooked perfectly and I got seared tuna club, we also got tuna tartare(yes I love tuna) as an appetizer. Everything was prepared and seasoned perfectly and we did enjoy every bite of it. They also have great wine and drinks selection with very fair prices considering the location on Upper East Side. Servers are very fast and friendly. I definitely will be back.

This is probably my favorite brasserie in town! Service is impeccable and the menu is like a real french brasserie should be. The staff is friendly attentive and accommodating. I got the burger with a delicious brioche bun and my friend got the steak frites and the meat are cooked to perfection. Excellent experience! for sure go here! Bonne Appetit

Match 65 Brasserie. This is your typical french brasserie with popular simple food such as mussels or steak with french fries, the Terrine was good and well presented. A surprise was the crêpe with Nutella… they could have done better with real chocolate ‚ Conclusion…nothing exceptional but good everyday neighbors watering hall …

Love brasseries and Match is a good fit: classic brasserie menu(patè, moules frittes, coq au vin), wine list & ambience(our server actually was of French persuasion). In a small space, so don’t expect to be blown away by a vast elegant dining room; bowling alley done over in white tile is more like it. But pricing is reasonable, especially for a genuine brasserie experience in this hood. We were there during Restaurant Week and had excellent 3 course lunches for $ 25 per.

We happened to stumble into this cute little place during the height of a blizzard after noticing a cute snowman with a tie they built right in front of the restaurant. We just wanted some hot coffee and dessert and weren’t sure if they would let us just order those given the«fanciness» of the restaurant’s appearance. But they did, so that’s what we got! The front comprises of a cute little bar that was full, and one wall with two-person tables for exactly the purposes of ordering drinks and appetizers or desserts. The larger room toward the back is for the full dining experience. Service was superb. They took our coats, were polite, and took photos of us when we asked without any delay. 1. Coffee: Very very good coffee. Came with fresh milk and organic sugar. 2. Molten chocolate cake: So delicious, exactly what we needed, with whipped cream on top. The waitress was funny, because she was aghast that I had a soup spoon on my table instead of the dessert spoon and apologized profusely. In any case, gives you a glimpse into the professionalism here. The food items looks delicious too. Maybe next time!

Yeah I’d definitely give 4 stars. The food is consistent and who doesn’t love outdoor seating on a warm day/night in the Upper East Side. Last visit I had the typical French omelette with herbs. It was absolutely perfectly prepared. Writing about it now, makes me crave one. Order it with fries if you are more hungry or order it with a mesclun salad. Btw, where was mesclun years ago? It’s like it suddenly burst on the scene and appeared everywhere at once. Anyway, their little cookies for dessert are a wonderful completion to a satisfying meal and experience.

In summary — there were 5 flies floating in my juice and my medium-well requested steak was as rare as possible. I tried to make the best out of the steak by throwing it in the microwave for a couple of minutes, but there was way too much blood soaking my salad that I just gave up on my meal altogether. I thought to myself, «well, at least I ordered a juice». I took a couple of sips, then noticed something floating in the cup. To my complete disgust, not only was there one fly, there were FIVEFLIES floating in the juice. In the picture I took you can see 3 of them from that angle. Needless to say, I will stay FAR, FAR away from Match. Such a shame, I really loved their truffle fries.

Super fun swanky Parisian Bistro feel on the Upper East Side. We showed up very early for our reservation and no worries! We were seated immediately! We ordered a bottle of Gigondas and settled in for a lovely meal on Thanksgiving Eve. We tried the tuna tartare and some oysters for starters. I had the tuna Nicoise which was good but not great. The daughter had the orecchiette and raved about it the first time and the second time she ate it. British Boyfriend has the Coq au vin and just loved it. The entrees were tasty, the wine was delicious and it was a great Mid week meal in a beautiful candle lit, mirrored wall setting!

Amazing ! Good food, great service, outstanding atmosphere. Highly recommended ! I was here with a great friend I haven’t seen in so long — we had such a great time the waitress was very knowledgable about the wine list and food menu. By the time we realized the time 4 hours had gone by ! It was my first time but definitely not my last !

My friend and I went for restaurant week. We both ordered the crab cake and pan fried trout. Smallish portions but very tasty. They dessert was also small, Nutella crepes with a tiny scoop of ice cream, but no denying the yummy-ness. I wouldn’t pay the regular prices for the portions but I’d love to go back the next time nyc has restaurant week. The staff was very nice and didn’t make us feel cheap when we only ordered water to keep our cost down.

We stopped by during restaurant week for lunch. My friend got something off the restaurant week menu(wild mushroom ravioli), but I had already decided I was getting the macaroni and cheese from the regular menu. I had a glass of Malbec, and they brought the most wonderful bread and butter to the table. I had a few bites of my friend’s crème brûlée, which was out of this world. The service was great and the food amazing. Check it out!
