Anyone that uses the words «gourmet» and «deli» together is either ignorant of the meaning of those words or trying to be ironic. That said, it’s a great place to buy bottled drinks and a bag of chips.

Horrendous customer service. They charged me multiple times for one order — instead of speaking to me calmly with respect they hung up on me and said it wasn’t there problem. Seriously?

used to order from here all the time. It was cheap and the food was good — not great, not terrible. Took over an hour to deliver to my apt which 9 blocks away. Still waiting on them. If I could cancel the order (Seamless), I would.

I love this local deli. Great sandwiches for great prices. My favorite: rye bread, turkey breast, pepper-jack cheese, LTO & jalapeños — all for ONLY $ 5. They charge extra fee for using the CC, so it’s better to use cash. Also, they are changing the prices from time to time, so it’s better to ask before you pay. For example: large Gatorade was $ 2.5, the next day $ 3 and after a week, $ 2.5 again…

Ordered from here late night and the salad in my lettuce was frozen. Maybe from sitting on ice and not specifically from being out of a freezer, but none the less it was frozen. I’d ordered on grubhub and when they called to try and get it refunded for me since I’d thrown the whole thing away, they refused stating it wasn’t possible. Bull. I work in restaurants, I’m not in to making things like that up and other people at my bar were witness to the frozen salad and me throwing the whole inedible thing away.
