His father as well as other pleasant & experienced gem professionals seemingly all family members, help to offer a tremendous sense of confidence in this business. Let me tell you after only about 40 minutes I was shocked to find my shattered piece looked brand new! Whoosh! What a relief! Originally I was certain that one of the pieces was not recovered after the fall because we could not even puzzle it back together again properly. So it was a tremendous relief that this difficult stone puzzle was actually complete and all the pieces were accounted for. To top it off, their prices are even less than what I expected to pay!
