My friend and I came in to get our ears pierced — I found Magic Touch through Unilocal,and called for an appointment. I was taken in immediately, and was accommodated quickly.
Upon walking in, I was greeted warmly and professionally, and when I explained what I wanted done, was told that it wasn’t a problem, and that she would be happy to do it.
The piercing itself was clean and quick, and Surila knows what she’s doing! Very clean and very professional. In addition, Surila let us mark on our own ears where we wanted the piercings, and gave us great advice! It’s exactly what I wanted. Finally, the pricing was very competitive and fair, so we were very happy in the end!
Personally, Surila is so warm and inviting! We had easy conversation about traveling, family, and New York, and she made sure we left happy, and as friends, not just clients.
If I lived in NYC, I’d go to Surila for all of my piercing and hair removal desires. I am so impressed, and can’t wait to come back to visit.

I have been seeing Manjula on a weekly basis and I can honestly say she is the most effective and gentle electrologist I have ever been to… and I have been to a lot! You can tell she is very experienced, the office is very clean and I have never had to wait. I also love our chats! Surila is also excellent. I highly recommend them.

Surila is, hands down, the best in the business. I’ve been going to her for the last 2 months and the results are incredible. Besides her great work, Surila is a true gem of a person– incredibly warm and good-​natured. They use the blend method at Magic Touch, which is the only good way to get electrolysis, I think (no red marks). You can tell Surila is very experienced because the hairs don’t tug when she pulls them out. She is very friendly, appointments start on time, and she always makes an effort to fit you in the schedule.
