I went to get my lashes done yesterday and Sandy has absolutely no idea what she was doing. She put on the wrong size lash and when I told her she nicely took them out. Big mistake. She pulled and pulled and yanked with the q tip she was using to try to remove it. Once she was finished my skin was red and she had actually ripped out my lashes. The new ones she put on weren’t even on my lash line and were very crooked. My corner lash was actually just on my water line, and to top it all off since there was some glue on the area where my bottom lashes are, she decided it was a great idea to directly apply the lash remover to my eye. Didn’t even use a q tip, just used the actual brush that the container comes with. Don’t go there it’s actually disgusting.

The worst experience ever. First time I went I had a woman named Sami do my eyebrows. She did a wonderful job and I decided to come back. This time I had a woman named sandy. She rushed to do my eyebrows because of other customers waiting. I was understanding of that. I checked my eyebrows and saw one speck of blood. I dismissed it, skin sometimes tear. This morning I had a cluster of torn skin on both eyebrows. After work I decided to go by and see if they’d be willing to compensate me for the torn skin. Luckily, Sandy was there. I told her how I woke up this morning and saw not just one speck of skin but clusters of red tears on my eyebrows. She looks at my eyebrows and says its because I’m sensitive to the threading and there’s no way that my skin was torn because the Thread is made out of cotton(wtf). I told her that I’ve been threading my eyebrows for years and it’s not a skin sensitivity issue. It’s skin that had clearly been torn because of how she threaded them. Sandy went on to making excuses as to how my face got the redness and wouldn’t own up to the fact that she messed up. She then told me that skin grows back and she’s sorry. At this point I was upset because she not only told me it was my skins fault, but that skin grows back, and her thread couldn’t have possibly torn anything. She defended herself again saying the skin on my upper lip wasn’t torn and the skin on my brow is the problem. I told her that it doesn’t matter where it was torn. The fact is that she doesn’t want to do anything about it. I came there to look good and I went to work this morning with skin missing. I told her that she contradicted her apology by first defending her actions and then blaming me. Then she said I could look up on the internet that sensitive skin is normal. And I told her getting your skin torn is NOT normal and I can definitely look that up on the Internet. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she is the manager. This woman not only messed up, but couldn’t admit to doing so. If she really owns this business I don’t see it lasting. Because of her lack of customer service and satisfaction. I don’t recommend anyone coming here. I would have been fine if she admitted that she was busy and didn’t realize how much skin she took off. Again I was understanding of her being rushed. But at least take responsibility. In the end she reluctantly offered free eyebrows and still continued to tell me she did nothing wrong. DONOTCOMEHERE.

I came here last week for the first time to get my eyebrows threaded and left really disappointed. I believe it was the owner’s daughter who did them and the whole time I just felt uncomfortable because I felt like someone with very little experience was doing them. I should of left when she didn’t put powder on my skin before the threading/waxing and as a result she cut my upper lip. When I got home to tweeze the stray hairs that she missed I noticed little cuts across my left eyebrow. Needless to say, I don’t think I will be returning anytime soon for my eyebrows. I gave two stars because the ambience was simple and elegant, and the prices aren’t too bad except that they charge tax.

I came here to wax my side burns and my eyebrows. I was completely satisfied with the results. The girl that helped me, her name was Sandy and she explained the process and made it less hurtful. She was so kind, I would definitely come back. !!

Came in for a waxing and not only was the place super clean but the staff was super friendly as well. Service was quicker than most places which was a huge relief since waxing can be painful at times. Needless to say they did a great job and I’ll be returning!

The staff in Madies 2 is super sweet. I had my acne facial done by Sandy(if I remember the name correctly) and it was great, TWOHOURS facial, she explained every step, it was almost painless. They are very thorough and kind. I’ll be a returning costumer for sure.
