Bought a pair of yoga pants — a new style and maybe fabric — from a different location. They started to pill after about 3 months. Not sure why, I washed them as instructed — NO COTTON EVER.
After reading so many reviews online about lulu lemon’s terrible return policy, I was nervous they would not let me exchange for a new pair in a different style with the regular fabric. But they did! Customer service was great! Really makes me feel confident to keep buying lulu lemon, as I love the fit.
(girls in the fitting room could have been gabbing less, just bc it prevented them from noticing I needed a fitting room and I couldn’t even tell they were employees.
But hey — it was 20 mins till close and who could blame them? I’m cool with it.)

Free hemming is a huge plus for pants. I got a pair of running tights for the winter and was pretty satisfied with the quality and fit. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hemming only took three days.
I’m not a big yoga guy, in fact I’ve never yoga’d in my life. But lululemon offers free classes on Saturday mornings at 9am. My wife tries to attend whenever she has time and she has only said positive things.
I can’t get enough of these high quality bags that they give you to put your newly purchased merchandise in. Great marketing scheme!

The newest lululemon location on the UWS might be my new favorite location.
There is lots of room to walk around, everything displayed to the point of wanting it all, and great customer service, what’s not to love about this place!

Stopped in yesterday on my way to bikram yoga class (which was in ten minutes) in a frantic search for a yoga mat towel and the staff here was so helpful and understood the time constraint I was under. Such a great staff.
