I was helped by a beautiful young lady by the name of Mia. She was a great help showing me around for the wallets I was interested in looking at for purchase. After spending a lot of time with me I decided to purchase a brand spankin new wallet which I am very excited about. She sat with me explained all the details about the wallet in full. Then we talked about life and lots of other things that had nothing to do with the purchase which really showed her ability to connect on a different level. I ended up getting the wallet hot stamped too which she helped fill out paperwork with me. If you come here and need help by someone who is extremely down to earth, ask for her. Will be back.

No one even acknowledged me. I had to go online.

After leaving Roosevelt Field Mall in that Louis Vuitton store where I was given dirty looks, rude service and i was insulted by the staff, it was the same day, I walked in wearing sneakers, jeans and a sweater. I was approached right away by a staff member asking if they could be of any service to me. I said yes, and told them the style bag I was interested in. They took me straight away to the bag and showed it to me. Pointing out all the features, warranties, care products and everything else I needed to know about the bag. The bag was valued at $ 970.00. I said I wanted it. After speaking with the staff member for a while she said she would try and get me a 10% discount, but she had to check with management first. Turns out, I couldn’t get the discount. Which wasn’t a big deal since Louis NEVER goes on sale, as a matter of fact, LV has a price increase every year. The only time you find any kind of «deal» on LV is from last years models or the year before. You may be lucky, but they will NEVER call it a «sale». I am happy with my bag, VERY HAPPY. I will be going back and getting a matching wallet soon. :) I will do my business with this store.

Came in today to buy a bracelet and left very happy. The service here is always wonderful. The sale associates are very pleasant and helpful. Anytime they didn’t have something in stock they either found it in another store or ordered it for me. For a small boutique they have a nice array of choices.

I love love love louis vuitton handbags but not so much the service at this particular store. I went on Sunday with my boyfriend around 1pm and was the only people inside and there was two sales associate. They did not acknowledge us or say a simple hello. I had to walk up to them while they were talking for some help. When I finally got their attention I asked to see the speedy bandouliere in size 25 and 30 and she got me the bags without saying a word. I decided on the 30 and paid for it and left. I live on the east end and this one is closer to me than the one in Roosevelt field mall but whenever I have a chance to go to the further store, I usually do and it’s because the customer service is so much better. You would think louis vuitton would find good quality help to be on par with their high end products. This is the second time that this has happened to me and I felt it was a much needed review!
