This place is amazing. I absolutely love this little haven amidst all the chaos in chinatown. Their butter cookies, macarons and tea were top notch and you really can’t beat the price. Unfortunately I think it might be permanently closed. Please come back if you can!

Stumbled upon this cute little hole in the wall heading to the train one night. Walking into this place is a complete disconnect from the hustle bustle of Chinatown. The cleanliness and contrasting colors from the streets of this little café is definitely draws some attention from what could easily be an overlooked location. I’ve been to this place twice, and left satisfied on both occasions. My first visit was just a simple order of passion fruit oolong tea with honey. A tad expensive for a simple tea at almost $ 3 for 16oz, but the calm, soothing taste made me quickly forget about the price tag. On my second visit, my friend and I ordered some green tea matcha lattes that to my surprise were made with actual coffee. I’m not familiar with any recipes that call for coffee but this was a winner. The guy at the counter knows what he’s doing. I also tried the lavender macaroons. Turns out I’m not a macaroon guy but the taste was very interesting and something I’d be willing to try again. Overall I’d say this little café is going to be my go to spot for tea in Chinatown. There’s no Wi-Fi sadly, and the seating is very limited(one bench that take up the corner) but Little Garden Café is a welcome edition to Chinatown for me.

Very nice little café with relaxing music and surprisingly great espresso. I was surprised as they have a small machine and it seems like a tea focused place, but the man making the coffee was very focused and pulled a great shot. Overall very friendly vibe and will definitely visit again!

Cute little hidden café with small baked goods like mini macarons, cookies and mini cupcakes. I got 4 mini macarons. They were 2 for $ 3. They didnt have that many varities. I got strawberry, orange, vanilla and chocolate. They also have coffee flavor. The strawberry, orange and vanilla was very flavorful but the chocolate flavor was lacking, you can’t really taste the chocolate or almond flavor at all. The chocolate, vanilla and orange was fresh and you can taste the contrasting texture of the exterior with the smooth interior. The strawberry was stale and a disappointment even though the filling was delicious. The vanilla and orange was also delicious and full of its distinct flavor. For the price its quite good if it is fresh since im a sucker for french macarons. Will try their beverage and cookies soon. They look cute.
